Re: Noel Gallagher to sing new Bond song?

As long as it is not Kings of Leon. I thought Oasis were popular in the US? Maybe that was in the 90's. Most of my student will not know who they are. Oasis has not had a hit on pop radio here in at least 10 years. Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds has a Paul McCartney & Wings feel to it. I could s...

Daniel Craig who plays 007 in the spy film franchise, has revealed that Sir Sean Connery was the perfect James Bond as compared to Roger Moore.

Sad as her death is she did not make a big contribution to music she was media sideshow instead of a musician.

Re: John Barry gets no respect from the Oscars.

John Barry berry was an inspired composer. He helped pioneered the use of synthesizers and his greatest work changed movie history sadly he will never get credit for it.

I thought James Bond disguising himself as a clown was a low point. At least they didn't call David Arnold in score this.

Re: Daniel Craig QUITS BOND!!!!!

Whoever wrote this got some perverse pleasure out of it, for whatever reason he made a choice of action they knew was if not hurtful then spiteful in nature. The behavior isn't the problem the reason for it is. I had plenty of students with similar problems thankfully most do indeed grow out of it.

Harry Potter's drop off is insignificant looking at how much money it is making. Quantum of Slumber had a small opening for a action movie and then fell to its death the week after. I saw a few weeks after sorry we went to that turkey. I watched On Her Majesty's Secret Service the other night again ...

Re: Brosnan lands TV Deal

I miss the old Remington Steel days. It would be a treat to have him on TV every week. What I liked about Brosnan's Bond was he in real life was like the Bond character. By that I mean I always saw Bond as a regular guy in extraordinary situations he could act posh and pass as high society parties b...

Re: Can James Bond modernise?

According to this news story , Deaver's novel could mean the end for Daniel Craig as James Bond. Somebody please explain the difference between a book and a film to this "journalist". Maybe this is the mechanism for the new Bond. It is about the only gimmick left to try. The Casino Royale was a hal...

No surprise there. Re: James Bond Is Dead, Long Live Jason Bourne

The Bourne Identity had a good car chase the rest of those movies blur together. Not unlike how Casino Royale and Quantum are blur of nonsense mixed with a action scene here or there. Tomorrow Never Dies has one of the coolest villain's lairs in Bond that state of the art stealth ship. When it came ...

Don't be ridiculous. Of course not. Bond can slid through all the stop signs in town and when Sheriff J.W Pepper stops him he has a legitimate excuse.

Frighting thought who would they cast as J.W. Pepper in the reboot?

This is the kind of video I can see my kids making. About right because they are a few years away from graduating our school to, ahem, Higher Education. God help them. Bowie as Zorin? Christopher Walken did well as Zorin unfortunately by A View To A Kill Roger Moore's time as Bond was running out of steam Bowie made the right decision. Not a chance in hell his being Zorin would have make View To A Kill a better movie although he is a great choice for a nemesis and...
