Orchestra to feature James Bond music at Oct. 9 show

Jeans ’n Classics returns to perform with the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra on Oct. 9. “Shaken Not Stirred: The Music of James Bond” will feature hit songs from motion pictures such as “Live and Let Die,” “Goldfinger,” “For Your Eyes Only” and more.

The performance will be held in the Mary W. Sommervold Hall of the Washington Pavilion at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased through the Washington Pavilion at 367-6000 or www.sdsymphony.org. Ticket prices range from $15-$60 for adults and $10 for students.

Leonardo’s Café is offering a pre-performance meal before all Saturday performances of the South Dakota Symphony. The pre-fixed meal includes a main course choice of fish, beef or chicken as well as bread, salad, vegetable and dessert. The cost is $21.95 plus tax. Upscale wines are available.

Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling Leonardo's Café at 731-2384.
