Actually no. I don't want to convert anyone on here. It is much more interesting that you have an opposing view. It what makes this forum actually interesting. You can have a debate on here (even an intelligent one occasionally).

As opposed to the "many" 'insightfully intelligent' debates over at MI6 Sweeney, that your alter ego visits more regularly, and participates in the cloned thoughts on Craig and Eon?

What? You mean spend a lot of time on a Bond forum, with lots of other Bond fans, who happen to like the new James Bond, and spending time on there mainly because I'm a big Bond fan too? And the bizarre thing is, we all share similar tastes? Spooky!

Actually, if you check my regular post count on here compared to there, I'm on here far more.....

Royale was warmly recieved. But I did not like it. This is "Daniel Craig Is Not James Bond". Why does it annoy the creator of this thread that I did not like Daniel Craig as Bond? Is it a criminal offense? Why do you think up thread subjects that will annoy people on this forum? Answer: you are trolling.
You clearly don't have the whole picture here. I am not annoyed or anything such, I am simply challenging those to see if they can acknowledge the success of Daniel Craig as Bond despite their ill feelings toward his take.

The poster james stock is a prime example of an anti-Craig member who isn't too deluded to not acknowledge the success but at the same time put in his honest opinion. He isn't letting pride cloud his judgement and I know there are plenty here who feel the same.

If I was trolling, I would be insulting every member who hates Craig, claiming they're all homosexuals deluded retards and the bunch like a certain former owner of this site in the past.

So again, no, I am not annoyed. Are you annoyed of me making a factual post without displaying one shred of opinion besides how amazing it is to have the world make a complete U-turn?

You were talking about an item on CNN, not the "whole world". 100% of people did not hate Daniel Craig when he was cast; and 100% don't love him now. It's a bit more complex than that.

Read some of the negative articles/reviews we have posted on this forum and you will find lot of people who didn't like Craig as Bond.

I think many people have aknowledged the Box Office success. Does Kristatos claim it was a Box Office faliure? No he does not. So to claim that jamesstock is the only one of us to admit that Casino Royale gained a good Box Office return and a pleasant critical reaction is wrong.
Bring back Bond!

And there was a join the herd mentality on CR. That bloke who runs the DoctorShatterhand site said in november 2005 they would not cast Craig because someone who looks like that can't be Bond. When they actually cast Craig he suddenly became a Craig cheerleader. Mr Asterix, the pro-Craig lynchpin of Cbn said that Craig was ugly and would turn women away from the franchise in 2005 during the casting process. When Craig was cast, guess what? Suddenly a Craig cheerleader. Ditto Hardyboy, a mod on AJB. He actually threatened a protest if Craig was cast. At least we've had a consistent position and are not simply looking to join the herd.

I suppose saying "the world making a U-turn" is a bit vague, but not exactly 100%, sorry for the misunderstanding. I would approximate 90%.

Or alternatively, they could have just been won over by Craig's attitude and dedication to the role, not to mention the trailer. Now there's a scary thought.....

You missed my point. I'm talking about an about turn in november 2005 when there was no trailer and shooting was a couple of months away. DC hadn't even done any bodybuilding.

Not as massive as the November 2006 turnover but notable.
