But he's NOT BOND!
Daniel Craig IS James Bond OO7.
For the time being. And well for a while yet.

Yes 'BJ', Gerald Butler would of been a good candidate for Bond.......
but was he ever in the running for CR?
From what i've heard Babs had made here mind up about DC a longtime
before any official announcement was made.
Anyway, don't you chaps think that the people you'd like to see as Bond in the future will be out of the running when the time comes for a change of actor?

Were they just friends, who knows? She paraded around the set in many of the production stills shown with those 'puppy dog eyes' of her's, looking at Craig. I wonder what criteria will be utilized for Bond number 7 by Babs? Craig is the 'first' Bond actor to be younger than her, and ladies now prefer to have younger men in their lives. Maternal selection, to mold him into her image of Bond perhaps?

Yes, but how was he looking at her? I don't think I'd cheat on Sienna Miller for Barbara Broccoli, but each to their own.bjmdds wrote:Were they just friends, who knows? She paraded around the set in many of the production stills shown with those 'puppy dog eyes' of her's, looking at Craig.

MI6 forum exposed for what it is!
I thought I would share with my fellow posters what took place in 2 days this weekend on the MI6 forums. The pro-Craig lovefest rhetoric needed challenging and I started a topic thread there relating to Bond 22 copying the trends of the Bourne series, in essence, mimicry. Mind you, I only placed TWO posts. Look at the reaction to differing thought and the end result on page 4. Benny, aka Nash, also has a personal message for all here as well. I placed one more post after this topic which I felt was aptly significant to their forum:"SO THIS IS HOW DEMOCRACY DIES,WITH THUNDEROUS APPLAUSE", from Padme in Star Wars III. These type of responses by the posters at MI6 is the reason I came here in March, in the first place. No threads are locked here, and all opinions tolerated, when cordial. Look at the overall 'tone' of the responses, for it is truly indicative of that site's behavior. YOLT should pack up and leave there as well, for the poor guy is the sacrificial anti-Craig lamb there. http://www.mi6forums.com/viewtopic.php? ... highlight=

Please BJ, if you know what kind of an inconsistant person he is, then you'd know Thrice is not the type you'd want representing DCINB.com. We don't need another Deanna Brayton.
And another thing, if you wanna start a discussion on MI6, don't use the DCINB.com tabloid approach, esspecially when you have it on caps on the title
You were just baiting yourself like a clown.
Besides, I think we already had a good response from Tubes:

Yeah, CR got some influence from the Bourne Supremecy with it's handling of action sequences. But it's not exactly the first time that a Bond movie has been influenced by it's surroundings.
LALD? Blaxploitation.
TMWTGG? Kung-Fu
MR? Star Wars
LTK? Miami Vice
TND? John Woo
DAD? MTV
It's not a good or a bad thing to be influenced by another movie if you can pull it off with great results. It just so happens that CR did pull it off with great results.

I was stunned by the lack of resonable debate, do you think the people who post there have ulterior motives BJMDDS? They seem to want to suffocate debate thus making the site pointless and a Danny Craig fan site. BJ got those attacks because of the way he presented his post, not because of his opinions. He used the DCINB tabloid format and it was bait material.james stock wrote:I was stunned by the lack of resonable debate, do you think the people who post there have ulterior motives BJMDDS? I see your point Stocks but too attack something that is contary to popular opinion is not good, BJMDDS put some good points and didn't deserve to be attacked. I can apreciate people who liked Craig and the film even though i didnt and i am more than happy to listen to why and how they enjoyed itstockslivevan wrote:BJ got those attacks because of the way he presented his post, not because of his opinions.
