Same applies to you and yours EA. I think a Butler type will do just nicely to appeal to most Bond fans. AnyBondButCraig.com will do just fine. As an aside, evaluate Craig/Kidman/Green in The Golden Compass trailer. The film will be out on December 7. http://www.goldencompassmovie.com $150 million to make, just like Casino Royale, PLUS marketing fees and advertising. Quite a gamble with the 3 actors featured. Will it succeed or be another Invasion?

Depends. The Invasion just looked like a bad film, stars or no stars, it was bound to fail. Golden Compass might find some appeal unless audiences are getting tired of fantasy films after 6 years.

We could shorten it a bit if we have to.

A question that often get's no answer, (I wonder why?) What happens to this site when Daniel Craig departs the role and is officially not Bond anymore?...even though he always will be..from now on.
Craig spawned this site. After he leaves, the site's named should be retired, and converted to something relating to James Bond Returning.
Agreed, i will look with optimisum that the real James Bond will return someday. Just out of interest for the Anti Craigers of us, will you watch the forth comming film. I think i will abstain from watching it i think. :?

All will be excellent ideas for the renamed site we now embrace as traditionalist Bond fans. It will be a pleasure to rename the site appropriately as soon as Craig vacates the role.

The only reason to watch it is to realize how far Eon has drifted in the wrong direction, with the realization that they would hopefully come to their senses.

$150 million is a BIG gamble with Craig/Kidman/Green. IF it is a box office bust, will this tarnish Craig's notoriety as Bond?

You know I think if they wanted to go for a more serious Bond was it really needed to go and reboot the series with a guy who is not suited for the role. Look at Dalton there was no reboot with his change of the Bond character but he chaged the style from Roger Moores. Even if they did reboot I don't like how Craig portrayed a new agent.

Reboot with Craig made no sense, Dench as M made no timeline sense, Craig as a novice 00 made no sense, etc., yet, people turned out to see it. The question is will this enthusiastic euphoria be a shot in the pan or the real deal, for the average public viewer? November 2008 decides that issue.

Doubtful, considering Craig's only a supporting actor spot in that film with not a lot of screen time. Besides every actor's Non-Bond film never had any impact on their Bond tenure so why should the Golden Compass on Craig's?

Even if they're Evan Almighty-sized flops, I'm sure she will, unless she develops a new crush on somebody else. But will he want to stay? I suppose it depends what sort of work he's getting outside of Bond.

True................but what i think will keep Craig in the role just as much as
the pay checks, is the quality of the scripts for future Bonds, and how much influence he will have in there direction. :)
