The FBI is "ready to indict" Hillary Clinton for her handling of classified information on a private email server during her time as Secretary of State, former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay said.

"I have friends that are in the FBI, and they tell me they're ready to indict, they're ready to recommend an indictment," DeLay said during an interview for Newsmax TV's "Steve Malzberg Show." "And they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public. So one way or another, either she's gonna be indicted, and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another, she's gonna have to face these charges."

The Republicans are probably hoping that any indictment happens after the primaries are over. It will benefit them more if she's already the nominee (and if she's not the nominee, expect the investigation to be quietly dropped).

It will be cold day in hell before Hillary is indicted.

Her whole email sever and non secure devices violates the letter of the law. What most don't understand is the secure network they took the info off of to send to her personal server is locked so they can't be cut and pasted. The security measure that have to be jumped through to get information off the secure system takes a lot of work.

Maybe the law is not fair. There is too many young army pukes in federal jail for making innocent mistakes that come no where near what Hillary did.

WASHINGTON — The Obama administration confirmed for the first time Friday that Hillary Clinton's unsecured home server contained some of the U.S. government's most closely guarded secrets, censoring 22 emails with material demanding one of the highest levels of classification. The revelation comes just three days before the Iowa presidential nominating caucuses in which Clinton is a candidate.

The State Department will release its next batch of emails from Clinton's time as secretary of state later Friday.

But The Associated Press has learned seven email chains are being withheld in full because they contain information deemed to be "top secret." The 37 pages include messages recently described by a key intelligence official as concerning so-called "special access programs" — a highly restricted subset of classified material that could point to confidential sources or clandestine programs like drone strikes or government eavesdropping.

I didn't hear about the 7th , guess when you rig the out come you've got to throw a bone to the losers just to keep it plausible.

I think sanders is realizing how willing the clintons are to cheat lie and steal the nomination. He should of realized it was rigged when he was her only competition and the debates were scheduled to keep the competition down

DES MOINES, Iowa — The room at Bernie Sanders' rally here turned ice cold when Hillary Clinton's speech took over the televisions here.
The crowd booed loudly at first, then cheered when the sound cut out. The sound soon returned and Clinton was drowned out by further boos when she said "I'm a progressive who gets things done."
It escalated from there: Chants of "She's a liar!" took over the room before the campaign just entirely shut off the stream, cutting away from MSNBC entirely.

I'd like the final nominees in both parties to be whoever the party bosses do not want. Right now is sanders trump and cruz.

If the voters don't have a chance to show how pissed we are and have a peaceful revolution of sorts . Then it becomes more likely to be violent with small protest groups like black lives matter and crazy ass ranchers holding up on federal land.

Obama said he was disappointed he couldn't change the partisanship in DC and how divided the nation is politically. He's directly responsible for the political upheaval happening now.

He said he was hope and change and that's what people wanted bad enough they didn't care who Obama really was. He didn't deliver , he was most secretive than bush, and even more willing to use the might of the federal government against the citizens than his predecessors .

Nobody believes the government when it says this is what really happened , this is why something happened, nobody trusts the Feds because the Feds are not looking out for themselves.

The only difference in today's voter protest is the third party candidates are running in the two established power parties making them harder to crush.
