'crane jumper' as Skywalker said.

But as Bond fans, i'am sure you'll continue to watch the new films,
even just for curiosity sake. I would, i wouldn't spite myself.

I suppose you could imagine the 'crane jumper' as a silhourette when watching Bond 22 and onwards.............otherwise you'll be denying
yourselves the pleasure of a great film franchise.

If you dont, what are you going to do in the many years ahead? :( :( :(

There's always the previous 20 Bond films.
I absolutely concur Skywalker, Bond is MIA after Die Another Day.

Why is he even called Bond now, there is no difference between him and another 100 action men like Bourne, Bauer and the ilk. Tight lipped, monosymbolic mumbling thugs.

Your idea of COOL certainly differs from mine Sweeney.

And was Connery any better near Craig's age?

Moore looked pretty darn good at 46 for his debut.

Are you serious Sweeney, cool here? That is a stretch and if the rest of the public agrees with you ,the inmates truly are running the asylum. WHAT is 'cool' about Craig's look? He certainly 'ain't no James Dean' there.

So you agree that Connery didn't age as gracefully as well as Moore?

..................funny how some people here complain about the lack of
intelligence on some of the posts, because at the end of the day each
thread always seems to end up ridiculing Craigs looks.

Is this going to be the only topic here until Nov 2008? :(

..............the way some of you guys go on anyone would think Craig
takes 'ugly pills'.

I found it very ironic about the Connery thing being dodged. Connery looked much older than Roger Moore's debut on his own debut. Heck, in 1962 Moore was considered too young looking for the role. So of course he is the perfect spin conparison against Craig because of his unusual youthful appearance. Although whatever fountain of youth Moore took, it seriously took its toll by the time he did FYEO.

Connery at 41 looked younger than Craig looks now at 39. Moore did look more youthful in LALD than Connery did in DAF or Craig in CR. AVTAK was not a film Moore should have made, for it showed his age facially. However, BOTH Moore and Connery can be considered handsome gentlemen. The same cannot be said about the current Bond.

I remember when i was a young lad, my parents took me to see DAF my first Bond film. I remember thinking at the time that Connery looked older than what i had expected Bond to look like.........nethertheless i was
hooked by the film and became a Bond fan.

As 'stocks....' said Roger Moore aged quite a bit during his Bond tenure,
in LALD he had very youthful looks with short dark hair, but by the early eighties he didn't look this.

I'm pretty sure Sienna Miller agrees that Craig wouldn't be considered handsome, let alone many other women out there. And did Connery really look younger?

He looks more or less the same agewise, but whatever you like to see.

Daniel Craig looks older than he is, IMHO. No photoshopped pic can disprove that.
