25 times? Are you kidding?
Speaking with an oath on my gentlemanly honour, madam, I certainly am not.
Not only the movie is what I'm obsessed with but the soundtrack, as well.

Did I miss something? Was his contract extended again?

Daniel Craig has decided not to retire the role of James Bond for another five years. According to a recent Sony Spokesperson Craig will fulfill his contract. The spokesperson said in an interview with the Daily Star, "Daniel has assured us he will fulfill his contract." The contract is currently until 2020, which could mean that Craig has one or two films to complete before his term expires.

Unt 2020? God help us all. I think it all depends how Spectre will be recieved.
ah here it is.
Still doesn't change much.
I don't know how Sony can reassure anything since its with eon and mgm Craig has a contract with .
I do think maybe the buzz about a new bond was getting loud enough to make Sony want to speak up. Besides the cut they get maybe they were worried about the excitement for a new actor hurting SP , but then again the Sony leaks pretty much ruined everything .
I dunno probably reading something into nothing. I didn't heard the accident on set made Craig want to quit so that was news to me. But he has to want to go no other way to get ride of him.

I don't think he will do one more after he does the 25th. Remember they all said Brosnan was going to return for his fifth, yet he didn't due to various companies' decisions. No one knows what upholds the future. With Sony's reputation at stake, EON and MGM will certainly go for another company to attach themselves to. I sure pray there will be no more Amy Pascal, so Babs' influence will be toned down.

The difference is-Babs is absolutely crazy for Craig and she compares him to "husband" and something about "not thinking of the next husband while you are walking down the aisle".
So that means we have to go through the wedding ceremony and the party...
But what angers me most is the incredible amount of neprofessionalism that woman has.
I mean not only she hired Craig in spite of what everybody thought just because she got some crazy crush on him,she also fired the man AFTER TELLING HIM THAT IT'S SURE HE WILL GET ONE MORE MOVIE.And then,on top of it,she even didn't have a decency to call him herself. Now that's just low.

Well, according to the resources in France, a few months ago someone told me it was actually Sony who fired Pierce and EON were subject to listen to the 'superior company' who owned half the rights of the franchise.

I read that Sony is the one that begged Pierce to come back after he was fired. Sony may own half of rights but it's still EON that is in charge with Babs as a boss. She is the one that makes most decisions about movies and the franchise(right?)
Plus why Sony wouldn't want Pierce back? It's Barbara that got has hots for Craig so for me it's logical that she was the one pulling the stringes behind it all.

Let's not forget the presentation of a politically correct Bond who doesn't smoke, emerges from the sea like Ursula Andress, only drinks stirred martinis, and gets emotional every now and then. In addition to that, Bond Girls have been really boring in the Craig era... big time. Villains? Lackeys at best. Where are those megalomaniacs who wanted world domination just because? But, no... like dirty benny said in his thread, they feel the origin stories aren't developed enough so they keep adding more to it. Soon, we'll find out that Bond is of the Royal Majesty's bloodline.

It takes me a few minutes to even remember the name of that guy in CR.He said like 5 lines all together. That's a villain? But he infact IS a lackey. Wasn't he working for Quantum(I can not help but sigh at the "tum")? the Bond girls-eh.
The only one I remember is Solange. Now that's what I call a Bond girl. Ok,maybe she doesn't qualify as a Bond girl because Craig doesn't sleep with her. Can you possibly imagine Connery,Brosnan or Moore NOT sleeping with her?
