Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
I don't know why but Broccoli just continues to suprise me with her stupidness more and more. I read how she said with Craig they are going back to Connery. EXCUSE ME?! You compare Craig to Connery? THAT.IS.ABSURD.
She compares a guy that just oozed coolnes and charisma the man that created James Bond on the big screen and set the gold standard-right to the point where he is generally still looked as THE James Bond-the man that makes me go weak at my knees every time I see that casino scene in Dr.No where he utters that immortal "Bond.James Bond".Even though he could be my grandpa. Me and my mum watched the movie together the other day and when that scene came my mum,a grown woman started to laugh and giggle like a 10-year old Bieber fangirl. That actually happened.
exactly in what way is Craig similar to Connery? In CR the wife of that guy gave him the information and then just left. She didn't wanna sleep with him. If Connery,Moore or Brosnan were there,I doubt she would leave just like that.
While Connery turned women to the side of good and virtue with his magical abilities!! Oh god, when will Babs stop insulting the Bond created by her own father,Terence Young,Connery and Fleming as well?

Happy Birthday Brozza.......

I watched Kingsman yesterday and really enjoyed it. I thought it would be another Austin Powers/Bond type spoof, but was pleasantly surprised to find out it wasn't, and it showed how you can still have fun with Bond films, without it being done in the horrid DAD style mode.

glad you liked it. It's a little over the top but it's easy to see if it were toned down a tad it could be a fun bond. The Sweeney wrote:Happy Birthday Brozza.......![]()

No, but I may get dragged along by my missus now that the Bond films aren't aimed at men any more. That's what happened with SkyfallVeronica wrote:Is anyone here planing to watch SPECTRE in cinema?

Well they aren't aimed at woman either. For women Bond was all about the charm... actually I've never met a woman who said she likes Craig at all.Kristatos wrote:No, but I may get dragged along by my missus now that the Bond films aren't aimed at men any more. Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Only Bond could control a car like that! And good old Q! Plus the Bond theme-pure grandness! I watched the deleted scenes from TND and there is this where Q wants to show Bond his new car but it turns out that jaguar(an animal) is in the cage.and Bond goes like:"A jaguar?" with cool expression on his face. A shame that didn't make the final cut because it's just awesome!FormerBondFan wrote:Happy Birthday Pierce!

Some more pictures of Craig in a boat etc etc have been released. Why does Daniel Craig's stunt double have to wear an ape mask from the Planet of the apes tv seres?

Happy Birthday to Sir Pierce.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
The stunt double has to wear a mask so that from not-so-close it wouldn't be noticed that that's not Craig. And you have to admit the resemblance is striking.

Key-ripes. Could that stunt double look any *less* like DC?I mean, it is GLARINGLY obvious.Even more so than
  with Ben Cook(e).

There are probably going to use quick shots and none of the scenes will be longer than three seconds so peolle wouldn't notice it.kater23 wrote:Key-ripes. Could that stunt double look any *less* like DC?I mean, it is GLARINGLY obvious.Even more so thanwith Ben Cook(e).
