Garfield the cat is a horrible actor and he punishes the audience every time he opens his mouth. I cannot stand him either as an actor. He does not belong in Hollywood and Tobey should have remained Spiderman.

Sometimes things in Hollywood happen in a very, very unexpected fashion. They take the wildest routes to happen. I wouldn't despair.bjmdds wrote:Where does this take Bond 25 in the aftermath of Sony firing Pascal most likely, and Broccoli running wild with Eon? If Cr-egg is hopefully ousted after this garbage, will they FINALLY find the proper 7th 007 for the next 14 years with 6 films being done? Does the name Henry Cavill sound familiar? He could EASILY do 6 films OR MORE at his age but Broccoli should be removed as well to REBOOT the HEADS OF PRODUCTION of future Bond films. If they do that, even FBF and even the Drake might come back to the franchise.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Considering that Bellucci has done steamy sex scenes with every single actor she's worked with, because that's why she's hired to do movies... justbjmdds wrote:Add this new nonsese to the mix:"They have both landed iconic roles as the new bond girls but it seems Monica Bellucci and Léa Seydoux are being linked in an off-screen drama too": Last year, Italian siren Monica announced that her 14-year marriage to French actor Vincent Cassel was over, and around the same time, he was filming steamy love scenes with Léa as they played the lead roles in Beauty And The Beast.
According to The Sun newspaper, the pair's relationship apparently seems to have blossomed off screen as they were frequently seen out on the town together.
A source close to both actors told the paper: "It was not easy for Monica. Her marriage was falling apart, and there was Vincent enjoying himself with Léa. Léa has previously admitted only to having a secret boyfriend, and that "neither of us was free" when they first met...........so now the two Bond girls are involved in a real love triangle and Broccoli 'just happened' to cast both of these in her film now?????????????? It was NOT coincidence but what could "greeny" possibly think the audience lure would be in this for her crummy film? Where's Ale on this new tidbit?

I just find it hilarious

Re: Blofeldthey made it abundantly clear that he is NOT present in the script. And the notes make it clear he is an "idea". I've already said this and I'll repeat: there is no way they spent all that money on having rights to Spectre, just to kill Blofeld off in ONE movie. Although the blatant incompetence that's been exposed might suggest they would be capable even of this, I think this is too much even for them. So in the movie Bond kills that foster brother of his, whatever the hell his name is. Not Blofeld.

I have nothing against the casting of Bellucci, I have wanted an older Bond girl for some time. It's a shame that such casting couldn't have been in a better era of Bond.
I would like to know if you Brosnan fans would feel the same about Monica Bellucci if she had been cast in TND, as Brosnan wanted.

I wouldn't feel any other way. I am Italian and female so I have got to know her LONG before foreigners did and without any male perspective blinding me. She is a HORRIBLE actress, period. That's not under discussion. Also, when Pierce Brosnan wanted her for TND she was in her prime AND the right age. She is 50 now, that seems a tad much for a Bond girl BUT given how old Craister is and HOW OLD HE LOOKS, she certainly is more appropriate for him.Daltonite Toothpaste wrote:I have nothing against the casting of Bellucci, I have wanted an older Bond girl for some time. I have said and repeated that she is gorgeous, but I will also say and repeat that she is a TERRIBLE actress. And she also isn't exactly known for the depth of her portrayals on screen, but rather for how little she wears in movies.
These are facts that have never changed. My opinion of her has never changed. Beautiful woman, gorgeous. Bimbo. When I hear her say something sensible and profound in my own language, which I never have in well past 20 years of seeing her around, I will change my stance. The fact foreigners don't get to hear her talk in her own language and understand how she talks and what she says severely limits the understanding of the lack of substance she has. Now granted, that may be a deliberate choice to play a character publicly, but that's what I see and that's what I have always heard in numerous interviews of her I have seen on TV and read on newspapers here. So that's what there is to draw conclusions.

Sooo... Bloomberg TV report this morning. SONY KNEW ABOUT THE HACKS. They have known for OVER A YEAR. Bloomberg compared the type of data hacking that's been done at Sony to what happened at Target. Now the story takes on a WHOLE new meaning and it's FAR worse for Sony. Morons. Of course, as long as employee data is stolen but no one knows, it's all good hey... now that very embarrassing and unprofessional details are being disclosed "IT'S THEFT!". They are unbelievable.
I am having MUCH too much fun with this.

First class action lawsuit filed today. And it will be the first of many. Read the details and it's like... yeah, you're done.

MGM should take over Bond solo, not Naploean, and somehow get rid of Broccoli. SHE must go too, but won't due to her only meal ticket to fame being her father's former great franchise.

MGM has gone corrupt, BJ. I'd say, the entire Bond rights should be sold to Warner Bros or Dreamworks. These are the two remaining studios that I still have faith in.bjmdds wrote:MGM should take over Bond solo, not Naploean, and somehow get rid of Broccoli. I can guarantee you that MGM has NOT gone corrupt at all. They are the only ones in all this who maintained sense, and THEY were the ones pushing for Henry Cavill over stupid Craig back when CR was released.John P. Drake wrote:MGM has gone corrupt, BJ. They really SHOULD take over Bond.
Meantime??
Lawsuit for Sony no.2 is here and it's WORSE than the first one.

AND The Christmas gift has been dumped: EMAILS From MICHAEL LYNTON, the co-Chairman and CEO of Sony pictures. Apparently among the stuff there, there are very incriminating emails about The Interview, and surely more stuff about Bond, too. I want to see what happens next but what's certain is Sony is DONE. We'll see what that implies for Bond.
