I hope NM will be nothing like any of the works he did after GE as they either have not so good reviews or do not get the recognition they deserve.

I don't think his bond was badly reviewed.

I meant his works after GE as none of them were able to match the greatness that his debut Bond film has. Yes, he has really great ones along the way, but they have been completely under radar. What I really hope for NM is for it become the BB of Pierce's career as in a career reboot or a beginning of his third career, whatever you want to call it.

I heard that it was rated R originally, but the distributors withdrew it so that they could re-edit and resubmit it in the hope of getting a more lucrative PG-13.

It will probably be a 13 in cinemas and get an unrated DVD release in the US. Over here, I expect the theatrical release will be a 12A and the DVD will be available in 12 and 15/18 versions.

FBF's favorite line will be when Brosnan says, "Devereaux, Peter, Devereaux". It's at 92% on RT now. Today's MPAA ratings bulletin begins with an R-rating for the Kristen Stewart-led Guantanamo Bay drama Camp X-Ray followed by the far more light-hearted live action Cinderella from director Kenneth Branagh and starring Lily James in the title role.

After that is a rather hard R for Roger Donaldson's The November Man starring Peirce Brosnan. Rated R For strong violence including a sexual assault, language, sexuality/nudity and brief drug use.

It appears that none other than Lea Seydoux, actress from the Cannes fav Blue is the Warmest Color, is the top choice to star opposite Daniel Craig in the still untitled Bond 24. So if I can get to the speculating (thank you very much) I can’t help but wonder about a scoop Schmoes Know dropped back in March of this year; that of the producers going after an actress to portray a Bond regular known as Miranda Frost. From the March article, producers were looking for a “Lead Female (30-40) Attractive, sophisticated, cool and calm secret agent.” The source of the scoop went on to elaborate, saying this was the breakdown for the Miranda Frost character; a character name that first appeared in the movie DIE ANOTHER DAY. As we said back then, we’re pretty sure this incarnation of Miranda Frost will be different from the Die Another Day version. (Eon is now bringing back prior killed off characters? What a joke if true . )
