I'm not going.. but there's going to be lots of local coverage(one of the joys of living in the same city where the ComiCon is)..if I see anything interesting, I'll post it. There's going to be lots of shows doing live broadcasting from ComiCon..it's a big deal.

So apparently Mads Mikkelsen is going to be appearing at the Monster Mania convention next month. It's on the website, but a good friend of mine is trying to find out if it's true, as Mads has been very busy lately.

That's not official. The official Twitter and website are saying that but it might not be the case. My friend said she is going to hear back later if it's true or not.I wouldn't buy tickets *just* yet.

No, but I know people who will probably go to this(two women) because they're HUGE Mads fans- without even waiting for confirmation.

Hotel is OK, nothing really fancy, down in southern NJ. I guess they will fly into the Philadelphia airport? It should be fun. Tell them to ask Mads if Cr-egg is boring as Bond.

Mads has some good fans. There was one lady involved in the early CNB who was torn about seeing CR because I believe she knew or had met him personally. From what I've heard he is a very nice guy it is nice to see someone like this make it big.

I put down American Gods for a while. Got.....weird. And I usually like weird.

Code named ‘The November Man’, Peter Devereaux (Pierce Brosnan) is a lethal and highly trained ex-CIA agent, who has been enjoying a quiet life in Switzerland. When Devereaux is lured out of retirement for one last mission, he must protect valuable witness, Alice Fournier, (Olga Kurylenko). He soon uncovers this assignment marks him a target of his former friend and CIA protégé David Mason (Luke Bracey). With growing suspicions of a mole in the agency, there is no one Devereaux can trust, no rules and no holds barred.

With a screenplay by Michael Finch & Karl Gajdusek based on Bill Granger’s novel “There are No Spies” from the bestselling November Man book series, THE NOVEMBER MAN is the ultimate cat and mouse game set in the world of international espionage. Directed by Roger Donaldson (The Bank Job, No Way Out, Thirteen Days), the film is produced by Beau St. Clair of Irish DreamTime and Sriram Das of Das Films. (THIS WILL BE BETTER THAN ANY BOND FILM HE EVER DID :!: ) Image Image Image Image Image

Bj, the fans are locals(NJ) so it would be close by for them(driving distance).

This is second-hand,but I've heard stories from people who have met Mads and every.one. has said he's VERY sweet-with fans.

Most Mads fans are very chill, but there are a few who're a little..unhinged.I think they think they have a chance with him(even though he's been happily married for *years*!)

Hey FBF
Are you upset with Brosnan for saying his Bond is not good enough?
It seems you're less enthusiastic about the new movie.
