This is a LOL character, sort of a send-up of Bond and other super heroes. There's a big list of the famous sayings and some memes/fans own creations. The ones I remember offhand are
"His beard has had more experience that most men's entire bodies...."

"Policemen like to question him, just to talk to him."

Some of my own (likely they've been thought of already) ..(ectually, these are actual experiences of Cmdr 0077 again)
