LOOL!!
It is a noble activity in which he should take pleasure. LOL.
I just want to point out how, after Superman, the number of women that I've spoken with who just flat-out said "WHY ISN'T HE JAMES BOND ALREADY?" re: Cavill has multiplied exponentially. And I'm talking about women I speak about entirely different subjects with, who didn't even know I'm a big Bond fan. EVERY sane woman can see it. And given Barbara Broccoli is not really sane... . BUT, and this is a big but, I may have a way to get to MGM QUITE directly now. I'll make sure to deliver the message when the occasion arises.

You realize you are in the minority on Affleck and Eisenberg being cast in such roles for Cavill's sequel. They will ruin an already ruined attempt at rebooting Superman. The first film was not good with too much rockum sockum action between Zod and Superman. It was better than Routh's madness but that is not saying much. Eisenberg sealed the fate of the film for me. He is too much a dough boy and not a super villain to battle wits with the Man Of Steel. Have you abandoned Person Of Interest yet? It's time slot has shifted. Get some inside scoop on the end of Cr-egg as Bond.

I'm not sure about the tone of the movie the actors could be alright depending. Still Eisenberg is not an actor I care for. Only small consolation is they didn't make the baddy British as is usually done in these films.

From what I've seen of Cavill he has truly impresses me. Watching him I can't help think what a missed opportunity Casino Royale with him and without the Craig emo theme was.

Broccoli made advances at Henry and he must have turned her down so there you have it. Almost two decades will have been wasted on this Cr-egg clown after all is said and done...............last night I went to the Monkees convention in New Jersey. For their Saturday night show at 9:30pm they only had Mike Nesmith perform a bunch of hilbilly self written songs with his band. The ballroom was half empty. Upon looking to our right, Eddie Munster(Butch Patrick) and his three friends were sitting to our right and Butch was not friendly to us at all and got up and sat elsewhere closer to the stage. Halfway through the toleration of the Nesmith concert, we looked to our far right and we could not believe it but Mickey Dolenz, hat and all, was sitting in a chair in the corner and half falling asleep trying to listen to the songs Nesmith played. He had no intention of performing and even Peter Tork was there during the day so not having all three perform simultaneously was a joke. After 45 minutes we all left because the concert was intolerable.

That sucks. I heard similar stories from a friend who went to a Madness gig, and said they were just a bunch of tired old men going through the motions. He said he'd have been better off with a good tribute band, and it sounds like this might be true here too.

Five years ago we went to see Meatloaf at a concert. For the first HOUR he played NEW songs that none of us knew and we got annoyed by this. He finally played his REGULAR songs we knew the second half of his show but we have not seen him since due to this. When you go to see music by so-called artists they should be REQUIRED to play the songs people already know. Watching Mickey Dolenz sleeping in his chair the row behind us was ridiculous. Mike Nesmith was horrible singing his own written songs.

MR. PEABODY & SHERMAN (take this autocorrect ! :cuss: ) take #1 this week but so-so performance combined with need for speed tanking in a major way will hurt dream works.

No surprise need for speed tanks even with a small budget compared to other movie it probably is another looser for making money. I heard it sucks as a movie too so it has nothing going for it but the name of a sometimes decent video game.

Last year I had a list of big name "blockbuster" I'd post all the time that from the way it looked wouldn't be making money and the sequins were supposedly given a go.

It kind of pisses me off that movies that will never win award but everyone goes to see keep Hollywood in business but these movie are not good enough to give awards to. I understand wanting to put a spotlight on small low budget movies but it seems like the popular movies are too common to win, good enough to fund Hollywood not good enough to be recommended by the industry.

BTW what happened to the girl with dragon tattoo sequel? It wasn't mentioned in crags up coming movies.

Tennis? You must be in Indian Wells California now watching Novac vs. Federer only 120 miles from MP's San Diego area. It looks like beautiful weather there on ESPN. INDIAN WELLS, Calif. — It was a bad day for defending champions at the BNP Paribas Open.

Just a couple of hours after Maria Sharapova tumbled out of the tournament, No. 1 Rafael Nadal quickly followed suit on Monday, losing to No. 31 Alexandr Dolgopolov 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (5) in the third round.

Cr-egg looks done, except for this supposed probably low budgeted courtroom caper he might do.

I like those Pierce movie banners above. Cool................."Wednesday, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige told /Film, despite DC’s Batman vs. Superman scheduling itself on the same date Marvel had already picked in May 2016, Marvel would not move. At the time, Feige wouldn’t say what film that would be but with buzz on Captain America: The Winter Solider so solid, it tracking for a near $100 million opening weekend and Joe and Anthony Russo already confirmed to direct, Captain America 3 is the furthest along of the rumored 2016 Marvel movies. It taking that spot makes sense. Now eyes turn to Warner Bros. where Hey U Guys reports there are already rumblings of the Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel sequel potentially moving up one week into April. Reportedly, a Brazilian website says Batman vs. Superman will be released on April 28 in that country and the U.S. release date could move too. That is not confirmed, but it’s a rumor and an interesting one at that. If Captain America 3 and Batman vs. Superman release on the same date, they would potentially suffer on their bottom line. Of note though, big blockbusters opening a week early in foreign countries is a pretty standard practice."

@Ale: If you're in Indian Wells, you're kinda-sorta near me(I'm in the northernmost part of San Diego County!) My parents were in Palm Springs this weekend.

@BJ: I heard about that Monkees convention. Sorry it was so disappointing.

@Napoleon Solo: Sorry to hear you're going through a rough patch. My dad just got a diagnosis of prostate cancer, but luckily they caught it early.

Ale, it's not worth fighting for the classic Bond actor to return. We can still honor the franchise as it once was. Considering the general public is brainwashed in giving their money to SF and will definitely continue to give to any future DC Bond movie because it's James Bond no matter who plays the role, they might as well accept any Bond actor who looks less Bond than DC is, and that's what we should strive for, not for us but for them. In a way, James Bond is not for us anymore. You want the classic Bond to return? There's November Man starring Pierce except it's not Bond which is good. Isn't that right, BJ and Drakester?

I will enjoy enjoy November Man IMMENSELY compared to any garbage Bond films Eon churns out with Cr-egg the next 4 years. Remember, it has a supposed R rating for sex and violence so Pierce will get his TRUE GRIT film as a spy :!:
