If not rape, then certainly sexual harassment. The fact that she was later shown to have enjoyed it merely reminds us that it was a product of a time in which rape victims were routinely quizzed about the way they dressed and their past sexual history in order to determine whether they were "asking for it".
I wouldn't call that dopey.
