2) Alien 5/5 another classic probably more iconic than Aliens.
Alien 3 1/5 and
Resurrection 2/5 are not very good.
And I have not seen the AVP films.
And Prometheus 2/5 was not very good either.

Alien 3 had a bizarre starting. A high tech military spaceship fails to notice the aliens on board then jettison the crew after some small fires. Then all the heroes from Aliens are dead.

First two are greats, Alien 3 is too depressing. Alien Resurrection is more like a goofy action film than an Alien film. Prometheus is awful. Looks great but the script is not very good.
