From Richard Johnson as [s]James Bond[/s] Hugh 'Bulldog' Drummond and Elke Sommer as a villainess to the Walker Brothers catchy title song...

... this film is brimming with Bond style. It's also easily the best of the spy film that were made in the wake of the 60's Bond films, an honourary Bond film if there was one.

A Dandy in Aspic (1968) is a brilliant spy movie, darker and grittier than Bond but still with glamour and style.

Highly recommended for those who like the 60s Bond films.

The Soldier (1982) is a another, a bit newer, semi-Bond film which is also recommended by me.

It's sort of a B-movie, but well made nontheless.

Really violent and tough, this is what Bond could have been like in the 70s and 80s if the producers had taken a different direction.

It even has a ski chase which is really cool, check it out on this youtube clip.

Favorite Bond Movie: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible, Kingsman: The Secret Service and The November Man or any upcoming actioners starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good since it will help him expand his reputation as an actor especially in the action realm)

The Dark Knight Trilogy
Harry Potter

Let's not forget about our old friend Indiana Jones, whom Steven Spielberg sees as James Bond without hardware.

Indiana Jones is Indiana Jones, not Bond style movies.

Octopussy (1983) was sort of Indiana Jones though.

Indy was partly inspired by Bond.

Yes I know, but it's still more of a style of it's own, than the other way around.

I also think the guy who started the thread wanted to know about lesser known stuff than mainstream Indiana Jones movies.

Speaking of that....

Looney Tunes: Back In Action may not look Bond style based on the poster, but it spoofs Bond, not to mentioned featuring Timothy Dalton.
