Your Real Life Bond Moment

Post by Commander 0077 »

Tell us one or a couple of times in your life that seemed like a movie, preferably a Bond movie

Here's one ....
In a suave southern Chinese nightclub (a private room), several of my male buds and I were seated around a low table, surrounded by some very good looking girls -- regular girls, btw.... cute girls are all over there, and easy to meet -- salesgirls, etc. One of the managers of the club was a hot, tall woman of about 28. She sat down across from Cmdr 0077 to say hello. This was in between rolling the dice in silly Bond-Tanaka type gambling (no money). Music and electricity was in the air with low lights, etc. The manager looked cooly across the table. She gave her business card to one of the waitresses (also good lookers) and whispered something. The waitress bent over and gave the card to Cmdr. 0077. My friends and the girls licked their lips and for an instant, talking stopped. There was a hing ot exotic danger in the air.

Another in the daytime was in Hong Kong, where I walked into the Pacific Place mall and a marching band was playing Bond songs (althouigh that's kinda regular; everyone walks into a place and a Bond song is playing).

I tend to lead a Captian Nash kind of a life myself. I let the actors playing Bond do the Bond type stuff.

I had a real life Bond moment recently. I was on a bus when I was suddenly attacked by a 7 ft man with steel teeth. Luckily I managed to throw him off, adjust my tie and dispense a quip.

It could have been worse. Just imagine the same scenario with an ugly blonde haired midget.

Wait a minute. Bond wouldn't be on a bus
(Wait. Unless you're driving and the only passenger is Solitaire).

One year ago they offer me a job as.... a spy!!!
I will have to travel in the world and receive a lot of money....
After one month of a "strange job" and after only one salary they disappear!

I always thought it was a fraud but for a moment..... I feel like James Bond!!!
Don't think. Just let it appen!

I'm waiting for an email from the Nigerian Secret Service, in between functioning as a secret beneficiary for $25 million that one of their officers happened to find in the bank.
