I saw a news article saying that SF is likely to be the biggest-grossing movie of the year over here, even outgrossing TDKR and The Avengers. I'd post a link, but I'm not sure i could find it again now, and anyway, it's too depressing.
Even though I don't like the sound of this, but better SF to be the highest grosser in the UK rather than worldwide and especially here in the US. UK is the patient zero of the Bond world. Shaken, Bilbo is deserves to be the ultimate moneymaker, not Bond.

Bond 23 won't come close to be the highest USA grossing film. As I said, overseas is another matter. I would suspect the UK to turn out for the 50th anniversary of their home grown product for posterity sake. Not here though......not by a mile.....

Just letting you all know Ale was spotting dining in the Eiffel Tower this past weekend with the next Bond Henry Cavill. TMZ reported things were hot and heavy over a shared dish of escargot. Our best wishes to the new couple :!:

If Bond 23 becomes the highest grossing Bond worldwide and even here in the US, consider sending in the weirdos once DC retires and NO EXCEPTIONS. Are you still on same page with me on this, BJ?

It would be surprising if the new movies didn't do well in england it's the home audience. I haven't heard the new song on the radio yet.

It's a easy bet to make looking at the numbers.
QOS United Kingdom Sony 10/31/08 $25,309,345 31.3% $80,805,643 Final
CR United Kingdom Sony 11/17/06 $25,328,602 23.9% $105,932,056 Final

TDKR United Kingdom WB 7/20/12 $22,439,915 24.7% $90,735,167 9/30/12

The Avengers United Kingdom Disney 4/26/12 $25,670,014 31.9% $80,563,081 8/12/12

Did the count all the people who died when Craig crashed the construction zone and blew up the embassy?

I heard it a couple of times on Radio 2 yesterday, and once on a commercial station. I think it will get loads of airplay over here, not sure about the US.

I heard the whole adel skyfall theme, it does sound more bondonian but it hasn't changed My view from the last time when I saw the preview, it's too morbid and depressing for a start for a bond track (even if that's all the current bond films are today), it doesn't have the energy, kick that tracks like goldfinger, live and let die, goldeneye, a view to a kill & the spy who loved Me had and from russia with love, it doesn't really stand out in anyway and doesn't do enough to make it stand on its own and be unique, something a lot of the bond themes had was that regardless of them all sounding bondonian, they all had their own interesting things to add with each one (bar the last 2 bond films esp jack white another day to die), I hated die another day with madonna as well (why would you use her for a bond song, it should've been left with austin powers 2 with her beatiful stranger song).

Roger has the lowest kill count for a single movie, where in TMWTGG, he only killed Scaramanga. Pierce is actually the most violent Bond, with an average 33.8 kills per movie.
so Pierce is the RAMBO-BOND, am i correct?
Daniel Craig is Rambo. He even has the same mouth as Rambo. :D

Brosnan's Bond had to machine gun people when escaping from a base in some of precredit sequences in his movies. That may explain his high kill rate.

Brosnan's Bond also use tank roaming around the city escaping from Russian prison. That may explain his RAMBO-BOND status

Daniel Craig is more Popeye than Rambo, crashing through walls and ripping off door handles with his bare hands, made all the more ludicrous by the fact that these are supposed to be serious, Oscar-worthy dramas, lovey.

Why do you even come here if all you ever seem to do is troll ie Brosnan blah blah always bad, you like craig great, I hate him and wasn't keen on Daltons bond either but try and be a little more professional about it, craig got an oscar good doesn't mean much anymore since a lot of films don't have the right quality to get them anymore.

If you're just gonna continually come here to troll instead of give an opinion then please stop posting here, this doesn't have to be a site to worship Brosnan so you're entitled to your opinions, we all have a bond we like more than the other etc but would you like it if Me and many other posters kept saying lol craig in your posts and started trolling you, no offense but that's all your posts seem to consist of, you seem to do nothing but bash brosnan, you don't talk about any other bonds and craig got this oscar etc.

All I'm saying is please think before you post because most of your posts seem to be this, we're all for fans of any bond here but like I said before if you're not gonna add anything or keep posting this anytime you're here then please stop posting.

BAFTA equivalent to an Oscar? More like a Golden Globe, I'd say. An award for which Pierce was nominated twice.

BAFTA equally as Oscar in my opinion, btw Pierce being nominated Golden Globe as Bond? when? :D as long as i remember Brosnan got razzies nominantion for worst screen couple, what a shame for an actor that should be expert when dealing with his leading lady in a film, it show that Brosnan is not a capable actor he is a shame to the franchise  and he got his wish for razzies when he cast in Mamma Mia.

is it illegal to bash Brosnan here? wow i must to know that, i'm not bashing him i just give fact that he actually not good actor. I'm not talk about any other Bonds becauce I LIKE THEM, Roger Moore although ridiculous but i still like him. For Your Eyes Only is in my top five, in fact if his Bond movies like FYEO surely he beat Dalton for me.

Not as Bond, for The Matador and Nancy Astor. He won a Saturn Award for TND (Craig was nominated for CR, but didn't win).

yeah great for him he was nominated as Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy, that explain everything :D i think he would be great as comedian actor, am i right?

i said again Kristatos, Craig got Bafta nomination AS Bond, are there any other actor before him got this in their time as BOND ? Dalton perhaps? Connery? don't got me wrong i like both of them, but telling Craig is not an actor that performed well is a ridiculous statement (especially he got BAFTA nomination - the first for Bond actor), Brosnan in the other hand got razzies nomination as Bond is you considered a better actor????
