I've seen Greg spelled with 2 gs. Not as uncommon as you might think.

I don't think that's an official page. It's just his Wikipedia entry.

I watched Tintin cartoons when I was a child. Sorry, this stuff just does NOT cut it for me. At all. Tintin is a comic/cartoon and supposed to remain such.

LOL BJ, that Cr-EGG analogy with GREGG is just perfect! And yeah, that's just a page, not his profile on Facebook. Doubt he uses it at all! Does he even know what it is?

bjmdds wrote:http://cdn.buzznet.com/media-cdn/jj1/he ... illage.jpg I was in NYC this past Saturday. I would have LOVED to have bumped into this morose sasquatch on the street and introduced myself to him! He is getting more and more horrific to look at and when you realize the box office gold that was wasted on not having Jackman or Cavill in the Bond role it is utterly ridiculous! Ale, what say yee?
Good Lord. I so wish you would have bumped into the "Morose sasquatch", PRICELESS!! how you come up with these hilarious definitions is amazing to me  Don't even make me think on what we wasted when we could have had Jackman or Cavill in the Bond role. There's no way anyone will EVER convince me that with them in the role the movies would have made WAY more money. Yes, including CR that made all that money certainly not because of Craig but because it was a new Bond after years. I think with Cavill or Jackman in the role they would have made 20% more gross at the very least. And no way something like QoS would ever have happened with Cavill or Jackman in the role.. they would definitely have taken a different direction. It's unreal to me how EON just doesn't get the very basics of movie making anymore. Oh wait, it's not even EON as a whole.. it's the cruciferous green vegetable (is this right BJ?). It's just incredible to me... no sane producer would ever have picked the route they picked with the options they had. They could have had Jackman and they most definitely HAD Cavill who was the last one standing. Any self-respecting, sane producer, would have bet on Cavill. The Tudors people did that same year and it SURE turned out more than fine for them. And for him, too. Had they picked him as Bond back then, they would have a goldmine now in their hands. Instead, they have the Craigster. Serves them right, I guess. Except it ruined our pleasure of watching Bond movies, too.

Yes Ale, my sweet, the pompous and bombastic green stalk herself has ruined it for us for "9" years now :!: A 20% increase is quite reasonable with Jackman/Cavill being in the role. Jackman's robotic movie debuts this weekend. I cannot grasp the target audience for this but Hugh did appear last week on the WWE Monday Night Raw wrestling show on the USA network so I can only assume that will be the target, with the Transformer fans?

Latest rumours are that Bond 23 could be called 'SKYFALL', based on the fact that Sony have been buying up web domain names related to Bond with the name Skyfall.
If this turns out to be the true title of Bond 23.............what do members think of the name? (ps be kind :)

EA EON learned nothing from the last one, this is a bad name already being ridiculed by people in the biz (also before it is official they can still name it anything they like). Losing Cubby may be the end of Bond the children who inherited the franchise stumbled along at first for the last eight years they have completely dropped the ball. Without ticket inflation they would be laughed at comparing the Bond of the golden age to the mediocre rehashed garbage being churned out.

At least they found an acceptable combination of words people recognised. SK sounds like a computer generated name from the Americans at the Pentagon.

I hope they use a Fleming title. And when they run out, perhaps they could start on some of his rejected titles. I still think Hell is Here would be a good title for a Bond film.

   this was so priceless I can't even begin to explain. To you think this is a message from Mikey that he really is on OUR side after all? But the rotten veggie won't let him do anything (or he doesn't have the backbone to stand up to her?).

BJ dear, I think you're right in your assumption. It's never coincidental when they have actors show up in high-targeted (for viewers) programs like that one, so yeah, the usual 18-49 target is what they're looking for the most, maybe younger too? I've read good things about the movie so I'm quite sure it will do well. Then we can all have some fun comparing the stats between Hugh's movies and the Eggster's movies..

And now onto the news... SKYFALL?!?!? Seriously!?!? Of all things?! Good Lord. The other one that was suggested was bad enough but this beats it. What the hell are they thinking?

Right, this is what they're thinking, why did I even ask myself the question. NOTHING they're thinking other than throwing into the trash all the good stuff done by Cubby. Unreal.

Hey Sweeney good to see you and Skywalker around.

TWINE was a great name too, although it did sort of fall in the TND and DAD name theme not all bad IMHO it kind of set up the feel of what Bond movies should feel like.

The World Is not enough- good title- also View To A Kill(shame about the movie, though  ) Given how awful Dud,I mean Die, I mean Diarrhea  Another Day was, making fun of the title was a no-brainer.

Since "Chicken Little" is still in the role as Bond, "Skyfall" would suit him to a tee, just like Chicken Little saying the Sky Is Falling as his famous utterance :!: Does it really matter what happens on this film? It must be a vehicle to drive Cr-egg's career off the cliff as Bond and have this pussycat swallowtail's 'license to kill the franchise as Bond", revoked permanently :!: I have had enough :!: The trailer is now out for Bond 23 and I hope Eon enjoys it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NO04VXBI ... re=related
