Except as a woman I am extremely irritated by the way she picked to promote something that is a serious and important matter. She made women look bad with M's behaviour in that video, seen as M is behaving like the worst of men would when discriminating a woman. I am sick and tired of these soi-disantes feminists who are just extremist women who do not know how to behave like an actually empowered woman would, and who do not know how to keep their GRACE and their FEMININITY while being competent and successful. I'm just sick and tired of this. AND on top of it, to prove a wrong point (being like a man is not what makes men and women equal, quite the opposite), they trashed Bond's character. The whole thing is so stupid, nonsensical and badly executed that I can't think MGM didn't see through it. I really do think they did it on purpose, maybe even encouraged Babs to do this, because they knew it would backfire. If that's not the case, then she unwillingly gave MGM a BIG hand in the war against her.
Oh to be a fly on the wall at MGM the last few days. I'm sure Babs has been a popular topic of conversation(and not in a good way, either!)

I hope so this really bothers me. Wrong on so many levels and avoidable with the use of common sense. I was telling my wife about this she shook her head and said if that is what they are doing with Bond it's not going be around much longer.
Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.
The problem with the ad is that the silly gimmick of Craig in drag actually draws the focus away from its message. You have Dame Judi reading out all these awful statistics concerning rape and domestic violence, and all you can think is "tee-hee, James Bond is wearing a dress". I think this ad currently running on British TV telling people how to recognise the signs of a stroke shows how a PSA should be done. The "fire in the brain" image is certainly striking, but it reinforces the central message instead of detracting from it:
I think the Idea of getting Bond in Drag was the most important thing they came up with, " Oh it'll be so Clever " and everthing thing else was worked around it. The Image of a Current Bond in a dress was all they could see.And the producers were too stupid to see How this could hurt their Golden goose. I'd say somewhere a lesser know director and crew are spitting that their idea wasn't used, just to get Craig in a dress. When the messenger is more important than the message then "You Goofed, Boy "
