So glad I'm not the only one who truly disliked her!

In other news, I just bumped into this Sam Worthington thing:
"Clash of the Titans" star Sam Worthington promises that the proposed sequel to his 2010 film would be much better. Dropping a few f-bombs in the process, Worthington admits his acting left a lot to be desired and that fans were rightfully disappointed by the big-budget remake. [Moviefone]
Uh... I wouldn't exactly say someone with this behaviour and this type of bad acting performance is the right material to be Bond. :^o):
What about every interview Craig has given since 2005?
LOL Oh yeah, definitely, that was exactly my point! This is the same exact type of Rambo fella that Craig is. Not good at handling himself with the press, using F words here and there while interviewed...Bond class at its highest! Not. And by his own admission Worthington is also sub par in terms of acting in his own movie? I don't want Craig redux as the new Bond, and he totally sounds like it.

I was supposed to go see Clash Of The Titans.Something came up and I wasn't able to see it. Now I'm glad I didn't.

Not a big fan of Mark Strong(The baddie in the Downey/Law Sherlock Holmes movie)but I saw him in a TV movie last night where he played *another* bad guy, and he was quite good in it.

It must be a girl thing but I also thought Eva was not a good choice for Vesper and I did not enjoy her performance one bit.

Hooray!!! Girl number three!! (at least so far I think?) Welcome!

See, there's a reason why we ALL enjoy Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan (I also enjoy Timothy Dalton) while we do NOT enjoy Daniel Craig. OR Eva Green. That's because we're girls. With good taste. Seriously, when (and it's always men) Craig fans talk about this incredible success of Craig with women I can just very easily counter with: there isn't ONE single girlfriend of mine who likes him. And I mean NOT ONE. And it's not even "indifferent". They all hate him and think he doesn't look the part at all. None of my friends like Eva Green either. And I'm talking different nationalities, not just Italian girls like me. Most of my friends are actually foreigners. I do have a couple of "online girlfriends" at another forum who DO like Craig. But, it's online on a Bond forum, and they still remain a definite minority. Eva Green on the other hand literally gets the thumbs down from everyone. Must be that we as girls see right through what is wrong with it, especially based on how Vesper was portrayed in the book? Or just that we see right through Eva Green's bad style/makeup.

Eva was horrible. She mumbled too much for my taste and I had trouble understanding her words. Do not get me started on her makeup! My girlfriend cannot stand looking at Daniel Craig by the way and she does not understand the tabloids building him up as this perfect specimen of a man. For my taste, I would not give him a second look in a bar or nightclub.

Mumbling seems to be a problem with a lot of British actors. My parents had a hard time understanding the actors on Sherlock..me, not so much. But they're not almost talking under their breath at times, like Craig does.

I refused to see Daniel Craig on Broadway but Hugh Jackman would have been nice to see. There is no way on earth my girlfriend and I would shell out over $100.00 per ticket to see Daniel Craig act, no way, and BJ would NEVER have accompanied me to it, that is for sure! (you should see his face right now looking at me write this).

Zu Zu just hit the hay now for it is late here and cold too in NYC but I had to add to her comment and laugh because she knew there was no way whatsoever that I would have attended seeing Cr-egg on stage on Broadway.

It's pouring down rain here so we won't get to see the lunar eclipse :cuss:

As for Craig onstage..there were probably a LOT of fans that shelled out $100..they just don't want to admit it!

I did see Craig in person and I confirm, I wouldn't take a second look at him in a bar or nightclub. Reason why I did notice him in said bar (in NYC) was that I knew the owner and he was sitting with him at the bar. Jude Law is another friend of this guy (ahem.. not my type either but surely better than Craig). What tabloids build him up like that? I think I saw some stuff on him on UK and US tabloids back when CR was released, but it was utter silence afterward. Not that tabloids mean anything, that horrible, dirty Pattinson dude is everywhere and girls scream that they love him and he made public declarations that are puzzling to say the least. AND he's not good friends with the shower... eww! THAT is even worse than Craig.

Eva Green's makeup just needs a far better makeup artist and a radical revision LOL

I wanted to go because my Hugh Jackman love is fierce and everlasting, but then I didn't have time as when I'm in NYC it's always like 4 days running around. I would have covered my eye looking in the Craig direction, and would have just focused on Hugh  Ahhhh wait I hadn't understood the connection here:

 well seen as now I know you're the other half, I can understand the "reluctance" Not that I was enthused to see Craig in the slightest, but Hugh... ah, Hugh

Jude Law is definitely attractive..in a "who would you do?" situation ,given the choice of Craig or Jude Law, I'd take Jude.Every time.

Just seen a list for the top ten Hits of 2010, Listing Toy Story 3, Harry Potter, Ironman 2, Inception. all Great movies but strangely no Gritty reboots This Time. And absolutely Nothing with D Craig. Which I do find strange as I'm always reading what a Huge fan base he has with the Ladies.Pitty he can't turn that into Decent Box office.

Oh hell yeah. Without thinking twice and no doubt. Jude is attractive. He's not my type but I can see the charm and attractiveness at least. Craig? No thanks. (And I say this with the utmost respect to him, he's got nice eyes. He's just not my cup of tea, just like I'm sure I'm not his.)

When I hear people going on about the returns of CR and QoS it drives me absolutely insane. People DID NOT GO SEE CR FOR DANIEL CRAIG. THEY WENT BECAUSE IT WAS THE NEW BOND MOVIE. :cuss: Sorry for the all caps but this is just the sort of argument that drives me crazy. If an artichoke had been the protagonist, they would have gone to the movies to see CR just the same. Not to mention, had they had Cavill or someone much more fitting for the part than Craig, I think they would have had even bigger returns. And nobody can say that wouldn't have been the case. Nobody knew who Craig was, so the vast majority of those who did go to see CR went to see it because it was the new James Bond, it's as simple as that.

And as far as QoS A)lots were disappointed and B)most went under premise that it was going to be a more traditional Bond movie... which it wasn't at all. And again, they didn't go for Daniel Craig. They went because it was BOND and supposed to actually be more like it, not like CR. Too bad it wasn't.

His other movies are more than enough proof he isn't the one who draws in the cash.

Bond makes Craig a star, not the other way round. I agree the sales of QOS d.v.d were way down on CR. also I do some work for a uk cinema chain and know first hand the silence of movie goers leaving QOS.You can always tell by the body lanuage of a crowd, if they had enjoyed a movie or not,and during it's run I can honestly say I never heard One person say it was Great/best yet,or talking about scenes in the film, Nothing ...........
The next movie will have to win back a lot of casual movie goers who just might give the next Bond film a miss. One time a Bond Movie was a guarentee of a nights entertainment,EON have successfully killed that legend off.

Barbara Broccoli obviously hates the old Bond series and sees herself as some great artist: but she still has to call her awful Craig spy films "Bond 22" etc - a continuation of the Cubby series - and use the 007 logo because people will always want to see a Bond film.

Just saw QOS in the £3 bargain bin at my local Morrisons supermarket, along with a load of much older films that I saw on TV when I was a kid. Things like The Longest Day and Tora! Tora! Tora!

When I saw Cowboy & Aliens trailer on my 2nd viewing of DH1, all it said for the release date is summer 2011. If this movie wants to get the audience's attention, better to have it release in August than late July. And the same goes to Captain America. Why? Harry Potter's time saving the world is coming to end, and the last movie deserves to be on the top spot at the box office for 3 weeks.
