I remember reading that they are delaying releasing the movie(with Daniel Craig) in the States.

Not sure of the books, but I know Nickelodeon aired the cartoon series during the early 90s.James wrote:Did the Tintin books never make it to the United States? Hergé was a genius.
Thor vs. The Green Lantern in 2011 summer flicks. Which do you look forward to more, man of 1,000 pastries?Harvey danish wrote:Peter Sellers??????? oh he is gone...........any others???????
So how do comments like this go down with the good folk around here?Harvey danish wrote: For her part, Dench can't wait for the chance to reunite with Craig. "I just think he'll go on from strength to strength," she said. "He's a fantastically good actor."

Neither really, though if push came to shove, probably Thor.bjmdds wrote:Thor vs. The Green Lantern in 2011 summer flicks. Which do you look forward to more, man of 1,000 pastries?Harvey danish wrote:Peter Sellers??????? oh he is gone...........any others???????
It'll have a certain appeal. Though it's not one that I'd rush out to see.bjmdds wrote:Karate Kid remake? Anyone think it grosses over $30 million opening weekend in the USA?
Where do you get this?Harvey danish wrote:"I think I'm going to be needed in spring of 2011," she said. "That's a message I got. It would mean I could do something at the end of next year, something else, maybe be in the theater." The discrepancy in the two actors' timelines is surely explained by the fact that Dench usually only appears in a handful of scenes, whereas Craig carries the entire film. So all still seems on track for a 2011 opening.
Past "Bond" scribes Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, as well as "Frost/Nixon" writer Peter Morgan, have been hired to pen the script. A search is still on for a director, after "Quantum of Solace" director Marc Forster passed on an opportunity to return for "Bond 23."
