There is speculation out there that the script for Bond 22 might include Bond spending some time in New York City, something that has not happened since Roger Moore spent time in Harlem hunting down Mr. Big, in LALD. The scene on the highway when Bond's driver is killed by Whisper's dart happens to be the FDR drive in Manhattan, which is a road I travel on quite often. It will be interesting to see if this pans out and Eon does some camera work in New York City.

In addition, I came across several websites speaking about Amy Winehouse, from the UK, singing the theme for Bond 22. She has admitted there are rumours about her. I never heard of her so I found this page with a sample song of her voice. To me, she could be a GREAT choice. What do you 'all think? http://blog.drawerb.com/2007/03/26/amy- ... ack-video/

She's pretty good. Her songs usually have a retro quality which is why she is always linked to a Bond theme. Eon could do a lot worse. Take Chris Cornflour in Casino Royale for example...

Am I the only person who liked Cornell's theme?

I hated it at first, but now it's grown on me, and I actually like it to some degree now.

The best theme since Goldeneye for me.
“I'd like to thank the Royal Marines for bringing me in like that and scaring the s--- out of me,” Bond Hardman Daniel Craig.

You really think that much of it Skywalker? It was not a 'classical' Bond song, but neither was CR a 'classical' Bond film.

The video in the link shows me her voice would be FINE for the next Bond film, if she can stay sober enough to sing it, from what I have read.

I enjoyed the track to be fair. TND, TWINE and the DAD themes were the worst in the franchise history for me.
What about you BJ?
Dr. No--had no song, just music, so that rates it low. I agree with your choices plus add on A-Ha, just did not care for TLD song. The remaining movie themes were OK to me, especially LALD.
I agree that DAD was one of, if not the worst of the Bond themes. but I totally disagree with TWINE being in that catagory. I love Garbage, and I found their theme to be my favorite since AVTAK.
CR cost $150 million to make, another $120 million to promote and distribute. Spiderman 3 cost $258 million just to make, plus promotions. CR took in $40 million it's first weekend in the USA. Spiderman 3 just hauled in $59 million in it's first day in the USA! It did $104 million worldwide, day one, both records!

Spiderman is doing this with mediocre reviews too. Saw the new Jason Bourne trailer today. Looks good.
