I think even the Friends of Craig Coalition have written QOS off.

Looking back I really have a lower opinion than I had to start with. A few aspects like the rape scene, Daniel instructing Olga Kurylenko how to kill and then the later scene where she asks him to kill her with the last bullet are some of the most awful in cinema and really grate on my memory of it. What was someone had around here about wanting to shoot the brain cells that contain the memory of Qos, yeah that.

Welcome back Skywalker. I only watched QoS once and have no desire to see it again. It was like watching the rushes of an unfinished film and Craig was closer to Chuck Norris than James Bond.

They'd have to sack Mr Sulu first.

I do not even remember all of it. I was ready to walk out of it halfway through. By far, one, if not THE, most forgettable Bond films ever made.

I personally can't think of a worst Bond film. Craig for all his flaws (and there are many) was not the poorest element of that film. I found it irritating and tedious.

I never did see it and have no plans to. Kinda liberating. First Bond film in 13 years I didn't bother to got to, i kinda feel free of them. I might tune in when they get a new bond but if they keep this direction it will probably a be rental only. They may never get me back in teh theaters for one of their films again, all because of CR and Craig, it would take something spectacular to get me back, spectacular casting or maybe pierce coming back. Pierce dosen't have to be the same bond he was in dad plenty of Fleming and other books that had bond looking at the end of his career and they have never gone there and I think Pierce could be great with a good script ideas. I'd let him say good buy to band and his fans say good buy to him as Bond.

In know plenty will attack this idea, but i don't think peirce is done with bond or the bond type character, and the bond franchise should be the ones to harness this energy and make a good story with him, but he doesn't need the Bond name of the franchise to make a movie like I would like to see. But honestly if they are making the crap they are now and are as out of ideas as everyone says they are then why not do something original for a change

Pierce again Dr. No? That thought would annihilate the Sweeney's moral and create quite a buzz to boot.

He is long in the tooth but he still looks like a million bucks. I donot think think he could make the kind of action film he did in dad adn twine, he is older and there is a tale of older Bond to tell, and not the Connery NSNA. Realistically I know eon will never do it, but it could be done and probably will be done by pierce on his own sometime, it won't be the Bond name but we'll know it all the same.

the attitude adopted in CR has me off the movies at teh moment, i think they will keep making them this way. too bad because they had a 40 year record of making good movies.

I just wanted to say it is nice to see Skywalker (from the dark side) back posting on the forum.
Hope it isn't a short lived appearance.

I'd also like to point out that I am not krod as bj has been suggesting.
I'd appreciate it if this matter could be cleared up.

What about a regular action blockbuster? Pierce could do that. His time may be up as Bond but not as an action hero. If Sean Connery and Harrison Ford can do it their 50s+, so can Pierce. Heck look at Sly. He still does action films, and his upcoming The Expendables is just around the corner.
