Someone 13, 14, or so, who has no prior Bond knowledge, and saw CR and QOS would think this is the norm;however, once they would sift through the Connery years through the Brosnan years would think, Huh?, this 2006-2008 Bond looks out of sync with the others. Unfortunately, they have no frame of reference so they throw out their money and sit through Craig's film's numerous times. The problem for Eon is that these teens will not maintain any attraction long term to the franchise as many others do for literally decades with this type of actor as Bond. The sooner Craig's Bond career is put to rest the quicker things will return to normalcy.

So not much going on except a rumour of Sam Mendes being lined up for Bond 23, which to be honest, isn't the worst candidate for the job.
Katied still has a problem with the QOS dvds, even stooping so low as to count them. :?
And bj of course is looking for EON to stop, give up and at least re-cast.
Yes, it's pretty much what was going on ten pages ago, and ten pages before that...and ten pages before that...

No need to. They have gold now IF they hire Jackman. This 3-D rip off of Avatar further demonstrates Mimicry as we know it. Originality for Eon was Craig. That says it all. Say, what about the original Q as a hologram so he would still be alive in the film? Now that's where Eon is headed.

We don't need Bond for entertainment. There's always Bourne, Batman, Star Trek, The Hobbit, Harry Potter, and all other big movies out there. 8)

Speaking of 3D, I prefer to see Batman 3D and Star Trek 3D over Bond 23D.

36 deeeegreeze in sunny Miami Beach Florida, which is a record in the last 82 years. Gibbs was flustered at the White House press brifing recently when asked about the millions Oh-No-Bama spent on the flight to the global warming conference. It has nothing to do with climate vs. temperature. The bottom line is there is no proof either way so Cap and Trade MUST fail and we need to develop electric cars so we breathe better air.....simple....no BS.....it is just healthier.

Ryan Reynolds will be directed by Martin Campbell in The Green Lantern to be released in 2011. Maguire and Raimi OUT as Spiderman 4 continues. Your thoughts on these unprecedented decisions? Pascal really screwed up Spiderman 4 now. Who will play Spidey? The Green Lantern storyline looks good.

I've already posted my thoughts about the Spider reboot elsewhere. I'm kinda curious about The Green Latern. Not going to bother with Broccoli Cheese/Bond 23.

If Raimi and Tobey are out then Spidey needs to rest. Let the other Marvel superheroes take the big screen. VOTE NO ON SPIDEY REBOOT!!!!!

It will be like replacing Bond in a sense when Connery left BUT Maguire is NOT the presence that Connery was as Bond when he originated the role so I really think another actor as Spiderman will work just fine.

Pascal is trying her best to ruin 2 distinguished successful franchises. To be honest, Pascal was never the person to be in charge of Bond or Spiderman creative decisions.
