The new Wolfman teaser looks real good with Anthony Hopkins. It looks more enjoyable than QOS for sheer entertainment purposes. Former Bondie Del Toro plays the Wolfman. His career is better than Craig's.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
I want to see The Wolfman. Always been a fan of Sir Anthony's and of Benicio's(he was great in Snatch ..It made up for Brad Pitt's Irish accent.) My priest has a more authentic sounding Irish accent!bjmdds wrote:The new Wolfman teaser looks real good with Anthony Hopkins. It looks more enjoyable than QOS for sheer entertainment purposes. It's not supposed to be an Irish accent. It's not English, it's not Irish, it's ... well Pikey. Trust me, his accent was fine.katied wrote: I want to see The Wolfman. Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Hopkins will be a perfect father Talbot. He could go toe to toe with Claude Reins. Del Toro might be an adequate Larry Talbot, similar to Lon Chaney jr. When you get the casting right, the film should work, as opposed to Craig's lunacy as Bond.katied wrote:I want to see The Wolfman. Maybe the financial crisis has forced them to merge.Capt. Sir Dominic Flandry wrote:Someone has hacked into the MI6 Bond fan website. When you click on the MI6 site it redirects to the CommanderBond site.

Bring back Bond!
Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
Getting back to the accent thing for a moment..
Some people have a hard time of accents and are all over the place(Eva Green's accent as Vesper in CR comes right to mind.) Talk about all over the place!

Does EON have anybody that's seriously interested in a partnership with them yet?Mazer Rackham wrote:MGM is out perhaps down for the count. Eon doesn't have the dosh either. Sony does but is not their partner anymore.bjmdds wrote:If this turns into another Eon mess like in 1989-1995, Craig is gone any way. MGM and Eon and Sony need to have probably less than $200 million ready to go for Bond 23 with the economy worldwide the way it is with banking.

Their reputation precedes them, let's just put it that way!

Well thank you, bjmdds. It was only a month ago where on another forum I asked, "How did the James Bond franchise get here?" You get some of the credit because your posts on this forum and others have given me good insight.

Craig could have played the role of Bela, the gypsy, in the Wolfman, who bites Talbot. Now THAT would be proper casting.

Exactamundo K-Tied. THAT would be a proper choice for Craig, or, Renfield from Dracula!katied wrote:bjmdds wrote:Craig could have played the role of Bela, the gypsy, in the Wolfman, who bites Talbot. Now THAT would be proper casting.

Re: The BJMDDS General Discussion Thread......
if they ever remake Dracula, they can put Craig in the role. He'd be even better than Gary Oldman(though I am a BIG Gary Oldman fan and that's one of his best roles) and again, Craig would not need a lot of makeup.

He cannot carry any role on his own as a lead, as is proven by the swarm of trash he has failed with.

Not to repeat myself but seriously..have any of the last few movies he's been in made much money? *crickets*. Thought so.
