By then, if not already, the script should be underway and more details revealed so Eon gets Bond back into the news while MGW wakes up from his current hibernation at little sister's request. If Blofeld is brought in as a reboot of the villain, it makes NO sense since Bond already battled with him and the last time we saw him, Moore's Bond dropped him into a chimney stack in 1981's FYEO.

Everyone knows how I feel about bringing back Blofeld. I still hold out hope that that is just a rumor, but given how desperate the Dastardly Duo are getting,I wouldn't be surprised if they rebooted Blofeld. :cuss:

One more??

Two more. He is on contract for 4 remember. As for the mystery, Craig is more popular than Brosnan was as Bond, so there is no real mystery at all.

We are approaching mid way through the Craig Bond era. Only another 5 years or more to wait BJ.

Not long now....

I sometimes wonder how and why America is in the trouble it's in.
Then I read some the posts in here and understand.
Coast to coast craziness. Obviously you're not all mad. But reading some of this, it is alarming.
Sometimes.
As the Sweeney said BJ, only five or more years of Craig. After that Jackman will be to old. Whatever will you do?
On a side note, I wonder why CR is being shown so often. Could it be that it's popular and gains a strong viewing base?

Or it could just be that the USA Network paid a brazillion dollars for it and want to make sure they get their money's worth.

Exactly. Also, they tend to show the shows/movies they have the rights to a LOT. (Law And Order comes right to mind. )

I will be on 43rd street/6th Avenue a week from Saturday seeing Bye Bye Birdie with my current lady and a bunch of other couples. A Steady PAIN is playing at 45th street/8th Avenue. Both end around the same time. I plan on walking over a few blocks to pass by Craig's theatre and I would love to see him walking on the street after the show. I would probably be the ONLY New Yorker who would recognize him and I would love to say hello to him on behalf of the Sweenster and his pals.......BUT.....that 'ain't' what would happen if I happen to see him. No autographs for moi.

I'll be interested to hear what sort of crowds are hanging out waiting to get Craig's autograph

I predict my comments about nerdy Bond fans will be spot on.

People who like the theatre.
People who like plays.
It's not really alot of money. Especially when you consider you get to see not one, but two talented and popular leading men.
I'm sure it will shock you to know, but not everyone going to see this is a Bond fan.
Yep, there are people outside of Bond...with lives!
Not everyone is obsessed with Daniel Craig, even the nerdy Bond fans as you call them.

BJ, you'll have to give us a full report, on both Bye Bye Birdie and on the fans hanging out after the show at A Steady Pain

BJ, I was just wondering as you were talking about New York, have you ever seen Woody Allen out and about or does he keep a low profile?

On a related note, while DC is working with the legendary Barbara Broccoli again, Henry Cavill is actually in the new Woody Allen film.

I would say if Craig does Bond 23 and another (non-Bond) project with Barbara not long after then he starts to lose his dignity.
