Q's finest Hour
What was Q's finest hour?
I thought he was great in Licence To Kill. I don't think you can beat the sight of him storming Kamal Khan's house in a hot air balloon.

There's him in GF, also introducing the Lotus in TSWLM. I'll go with Goldeneye for that superbly funny lab sequence.

Pierce and Desmond had a great chemisty. I loved their scenes together.

Coming up with that underwater car in TSWLM.
Re: Q's finest Hour
For me it is Licence To Kill without a doubt. He had such an important role. I enjoy LTK immensely becasue it one of the only Bond movies to truly make good use of Q.carl stromberg wrote:What was Q's finest hour?

Don't know why, but when Bond holds up a sandwich and Q goes 'That's my lunch' is a favorite of mine.

Dr. No.
Not some babbling old oaf for teh LULZ, just Major Boothroyd with a wit that shoots sharper than the Beretta that Bond was revoked of. We need more of that in Bond 23, not more fo that same old "OHHH GROWWW UP DOUBLE OH SEVEN!!!
"
Poor Desmond. By GE he was obviously reading Q cards.*
*=Get it, Q cards?

welcome to teh forum Powder Puff!
I don't think there was an actor that didn't get along with Q. It was always the highlight for me as a kid when Q and Bond would go over the gadgets or setup them in the field

Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

I can't remember the film but that toaster which turns into an aircraft carrier was a great moment.

Finest hour.
Well any scene he's in from FRWL to TWINE.
A missed member of the Bond family. Anyone who takes over the role of Q has impossible shoes to fill. If I were EON I'd take the character in a different direction.
