Yes, though it's hard to know how seriously to take it given that it includes Sid James, based on last year's April Fool in the Guardian newspaper.

I don't think Jason Statham was ever seriously considered for Bond. Outside of an answer he jokingly gave in an interview

A few of the actors listed remind me of a alternate history spoof site

Today In Alternate History

Jeremy Brett as James Bond, Part 1 by Zach Timmons

In 1971, the James Bond film Diamonds are Forever premiered in the US.Jeremy Brett as James Bond, Part 1 by Zach Timmons

In Jeremy Brett's second Bond film, Agent 007 finds himself on a international chase to stop Ernst Stavro Blofeld from holding the world hostage with a diamond-powered laser satellite. Although the film was a commercial success, grossing $116 million dollars worldwide, critics derided the film, saying Brett's smooth, elegant Bond clashed with the movie's comical tone.

In 1969, on this day the James Bond film On Her Majesty's Secret Service premiered in the US and UK.

The first film starring the 'new Bond', Jeremy Brett, it would go on to gross $89.4 million dollars, making it one of the most successful films of 1969.

Brett had narrowly beat out several other contenders to replace Sean Connery, most notably Roger Moore, John Richardson, and George Lazenby. Series producer Albert R. Broccoli was impressed by Brett's smooth, upper-class take on the Bond character, and soon signed him to a five-film contract. OHMSS, which closely mirrors the original novel, is now regarded as one of the best Bond films.
Jeremy Brett as James Bond, Part 3 by Zach Timmons
In 1974, the spy film The Man with the Golden Gun made its world premiere in Spain.

In this ninth James Bond movie (and fourth to star Jeremy Brett), Bond is sent to locate a device designed to harness solar power. He also must deal with the assassin Scaramanga - the 'Man with the Golden Gun'. Although the movie did well at the box office, grossing $97.6 million dollars, it is generally regarded as one of the weaker Bond films.

Jeremy Brett would go on to make one more Bond film (1977's The Spy Who Loved Me), afterwards relinquishing the role to Timothy Dalton.

I think Brett was actually considered, though. He does look quite a lot like that famous Fleming sketch of Bond, IMO.

I think Jeremy tired out for the role twice.
I think the Wiki page suffers from the same thing all Wiki pages suffer from.

Possibly the best Sherlock Holmes of all time. He might have been a bit too slender and camp for Bond.

Could he have done the physical side of Bond? My memories of him are from Holmes, proably isn't fair since he was sick back then.

Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

His health declined during the Sherlock Holmes show and he suffered from depression as evidenced by Jerermy's appearance in the later shows.
