If we are going to start generalising like this, we could also say Brosnan's reviews were tremendously bad, and Craig's second film has made more than Brosnan's second outing at the BO.bjmdds wrote:The tremendous amount of negative reviews for TBM may have affected Craig. Let's hope so and he realizes to further perpetuate this sham on the public is not good for what is left of his career. He does not belong in this role any longer and hopefully MGM will tell MGW and Barbara what is needed.
And you keep on this unhealthy obsession with Craig being the reason for Bond films being naff, but the problems lie with the scriptwriters and producers. Brosnan was not a bad Bond, but his films were shocking. I get the impression you will tolerate any old crap EON churn out, as long as there is an actor playing the role that you find suitable.
I am beginning to wonder whether you would have enjoyed both CR and QoS, had Jackman played the role instead.....
