Moore: 'Craig's Bond is marvellous'

Roger Moore has expressed his admiration for Daniel Craig's portrayal of James Bond.

The veteran actor, who played Bond in seven films, described Craig's previous roles in Munich and Sylvia as fundamental to his interpretation of the superspy.

"All of those parts were very, very different to one's conception of Bond. I thought he was absolutely marvellous," he said.

Moore, who was in Hong Kong promoting autobiography My Word Is My Bond, also revealed that he has met Craig once and thought he was a "charming guy".

That's funny. I thought Moore complained about how violent Bond has become? I don't agree with Moore's view on violence (Bond has always been pretty violent), but Craig's films certainly aren't the least violent.

Moore is a fool becasue he pissed on his fans bending over and grabbing his ankles becasue somebody was mean on Craig.Take him home and nurse him is WHAT HE SAID when he saw Danny's mending wing.:roll:That's F-'ed up no matter who says it.Had Lazenby he would have instantly lost his custody battle right there.

I would have given that Thrice title for Brosnan. After GE he said "we need more gadgets", suddenly after he gets the boot he says "I always wanted a grittier Bond!".
