So.

QOS.

I didn't hate it.I didn't love it either.

I liked the PTS, and the titles(and the dancing women? classed WAY up in a 00's kind of way.)

Liked the settings(and that they would tell you where we were each time, with appropriate typeface.)

LOVED the Palio chase, and it was not as herky jerky as I thought it would be though... *deep breath* I can see why a lot of people have made Bourne comparisons.There.I said it. :P

Greene was only a so-so villain,to say nothing of his henchmen(Elvis especially...nothing can be done to help his geekiness, and at one point in the movie he is wearing a neck brace that just makes it worse.) Medrano is used more as a prop than anything else, and to move the plot along(and to be quite frank he's skeevy, so thenear rape is not such a shocker when it happens.

Dame Judi's M is *fierce*. She has to be, being the head of MI6 and all. And BTW I liked the new "high tech" MI6 offices. But they really do need to do better background checks on their employees, what with Mitchell being on the bad guys' side and all.

Camille is one of my favorite Bond girls ever. She is tough. She's had to be(we don't really find out all of the details until almost the end of the movie)

Fields,on the other hand, gets blessedly little screen time, and dies a rather lame(to say nothing of derivative) death.

Glad to see Felix again, but sorry that we won't be seeing Mathis again The fact that Bond just throws his body in a dumpster really bothered me also, it's quite a shocker to find out that Mathis is just a code name Finally:

1) I felt like I knew less about Yusuf than we did at the start of the movie.Hopefully we will in Bond 23 8)

2)Daniel Craig is incapable of very many facial expressions.Truth!

surprised Nash or Sweeney didn't comment on this.

Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.

I think you are too kind in your review.

The movie is a mess using other movies and video games as inspiration to staple together a mishmash plot. The action is second best and lead actor is a slug on screen. The plot is unconvincing and the dialog drags.

Water? That was the best they could come up with?
Opera meeting stared off decent then went to hell with the stupidity of the concept.

Opening car chase was unconvincing I've seen better video games sequences.
Opening Credits were stupid a bad throw back to the 1980s.
The two scenes that need to be longer were cut right out.The bad guys explanation and Vesper's pimp.I didn't actually care what the pimp had to say so cutting him out wasn't bad .

Quantum was extremely poor movie making and story telling followed up by worse acting.

There was plenty I didn't like about QOS. Still worth going to see, IMO. *shrug*
