OK, the facts are coming in now. If this review is correct, then Quantum Of Solace most definitely has "Frankensteined"(taken pieces of) The Bourne Ultimatum, Rambo, and LTK, into a "short story" of pieces from other films and Eon is trying to pass this off to the public as an ORIGINAL concept! Craig's evolution in a Bourne-like Rambo is the final straw. Where is the 'refinement arc' mentioned by Eon when they started CR, whereby we would start to see the Bond we came to know? This is more WWE entertainment, ala Vince McMahan. than a Bond film, it appears. "The franchise will return" once Craig leaves and Eon realizes they have more here to worry about than invisible cars!

Fleming's Bond was never as soulless, mindless cretin.
Fleming's books are rich stories full of the trapping of a cultured and well traveled mind. That was mirrored with his character James Bond, not Jimmy, not John (Rambo), not Jason (Bourne), James.

You have wronged the people here and should is admit you were wrong, if you are not big enough for that then at least admit they have a valid point.

While you are at it apologize to yourself, you led yourself astray into a snake handling cult.

If you had bothered to hang around here as much as the regular posters (and that is me included, BTW) you will see I've openly engaged in debate regarding Craig, and have seen the points others have made as valid, even if I've never agreed with it. Funny that I actually get on with most people on here. People like bj, Kristatos, Skywalker, 007, Dr. No, Carl, etc. I would actually class as mates. I may not see eye to eye with them, but I probably hold them in higher esteem than many others on other forums I frequent. Katied is a different matter altogether, as she was the ultimate Craig fan before on MI6, and slagged off everyone here in the process. I don't see eye to eye with her because of it.

And there there is you, who insists on starting a flame war with the pro-Craigers at every given opportunity, as though you think we are attacking constantly just because we have an opposing POV.

And there is no `wrong or right' on these issues. It's mainly an opinion. Get it. An opinion. One's own interpretation of how things should be. But if it makes you feel a little bit better, and makes you sleep easier at night, then I can see why many would not class a Rambo thug as the classic Bond. I personally never saw Craig as a Rambo thug in CR, so right now I have nothing to apologise for. Will he be in QOS? Who knows? A sneak preview hinted he is, but I am not going to base my whole opinion on this one leaked preview, when I haven't yet seen the film for myself (unlike you).

Will this make you sleep easier at night now....?

Craig is starting now to mock the previous 20 films by his portayal as a renegade Bond. He is so foreign to the psyche of the 'traditionalist' Bond fan. I see this situation with him getting worse now as he further deteriorates any connection to the past films.

I seem to be suffering from Bond apathy. I really have no desire to watch caveman Craig in the up and coming QOS. Perhaps when it gets closer to the premiere I may feel a tad more excited, but at the moment I simply can't be a***d to watch it. I'm also finding the media build up quite nausiating as it feels EON are trying portray Chester's favourite knuckle dragger as some worshipped icon. Why all the marketing? surely the success of CR should ensure people go to see QOS. We don't need to be force fed all this Craig b*llsh*t!!!!

If the Bond series is more WWE Entertainment than Bond itself, EON might as well cast Edge as Bond after DC retires.

Welcome home young Skywalker! I might not see this until the bootleg DVDs start to circulate on the streets of NYC. I do not know if I could actually sit through this nonsense in it's entirety, and it could be the FIRST time I ever walked out of a Bond film. Look at what DC has done to this franchise!

I bet the thought wouldn't have entered your mind prior to CR.

It could quite easily be Daniel Craig instead of Cena.

Seriously, naming a character "Elvis" is a terrible idea. You *know* it will be the basis for a zillion bad jokes in reviews of QOS :P

It has now emerged that the supposed review of 'QOS' as reported by the 'Sun' is more than likely a bogus.....
.........anyway, the film still sounds very good.
