Dunno if it's my monitor or what, but XXXX looks like a CGI character in that image.

People on other websites thought the image was fake originally, until members started claiming they've seen it in UK cinemas (me included).

I saw it framed at the Vue cinema in Basingstoke last Saturday when I saw The Hulk. It's definitely genuine, although I can understand why some may think it looks like its been made up by someone learning Photoshop.

Mr Craig needs to brush up his Bond image to win me over. He needs some black hair dye, a Walther and a pair of stilts.

At least his shirt is buttoned up and his tie on properly this time, unlike the CR poster. All he needed in that to complete the image was some stubble and a bottle of Newky Brown in a paper bag ("my name ish Bond, hic, and ye're my best mate, you WANKAH!").

I'll have to start buying that again. I used to like Victorian Dad. Or Lupin Pooter to give him his proper name. They did a spoof on Billy The Cat called Barry The Cat which was really funny. He just got beat up by the crooks all the time.

Sadly, you can't get it in the States for love nor money. I saw a copy when I was visiting my folks, but found I didn't get some of the more topical jokes, because I'd been out of the country for too long and wasn't up to date with the latest news/D-list celebrities. I guess it's true what they say, you can never go home again.

Viz is hilarious. My favourite has to be The Real Ale Twats.

The sad part is, I have friends who are exactly like them (I'm more of a Real Cider Twat myself).

I think they spoilt Viz a little by publishing it more frequently.

A fine poster for QOS.
I you recall Bond was sporting that gun at the end of CR, when he shot Mr.White.
And this is another teaser poster. It's not likely to be the final poster for QOS.
I wonder what the problem is that DC is holding a machine gun? Anti-Craig fans are quick to forget that...
George Lazenby uses a sub-machine gun in OHMSS
Roger Moore battled Strombergs crews again with a sub-machine gun in TSWLM
Timothy Dalton uses an AK-47 in TLD
Pierce Brosnan uses machine guns in GE, TND, TWINE and DAD on several occassions. I think Pierce used the machine gun more than a hand gun sometimes.
So what's the problem with Daniel Craig using one?
Oh it's Daniel Craig. My mistake.

That's esspecially evident in GE. On several occasions Brosnan would sport a PPK but would hardly use it at all, only to end up using a machine gun or a bigger looking handgun than the PPK. Maybe this was for the action junkies who believed bigger guns = better action?
So what's the problem with Daniel Craig using one?
Oh it's Daniel Craig. My mistake.

It seems to be the anti-Craig fans hook this time around.
The height, hair and facial appearance still make the *yawn* usual reasons to dislike Craig. But the arrival of the poster with Bond seen with a bloody big gun, has started a new hate.
Still a medical breakthrough has been found. Amnesia is contagious afterall. For those who've forgotten already read the post/s above.

How about introducing Roger Moore as the new James Bond with a six shooter instead of a PPK? If they had Craig do the same there'd be a lot of "Bond would never do that" talk. It seems whatever Craig does is always condemned. Sounds a lot like the good old pre-CR release days. :P

If it were like the good old pre-CR release days we'd be hearing the boycott word used.
Thus far this forum has (as far as I'm aware) gone without using it recently. But there's still time for someone to dust it off I guess.
As we've been saying for a while now, it doesn't matter that Bond has done many of these things before.
If Daniel Craig does it, then it has to be bad, and or forgotten that it has been done before.
That's the rules. Yes they change daily. I'm slowly getting used to it.
