Kleinman not returning for titles, MK12 to take over.

MK12 HELM BOND TITLES
The Ebeling Group-repped collective MK12 are at work on the main title sequence for the upcoming James Bond film Quantum of Solace, scheduled to be released in November. This will be the third time that MK12, who'll also provide all GUI (graphic user interface) elements to the film, have worked with director Marc Forster. The first was the titles for Stranger Than Fiction followed by last year's The Kite Runner.

Just came from MI6 (no Katied, stay out of this one). I'm certainly surprised. I was sure Kleinman was returning but the last time we've heard him say anything about doing the titles was when it was still called Bond 22 and CR was just released. Maybe he moved on? Was Forster given the option to use his crew? I don't know if EON would let go of Kleinman, so I'll just assume he's doing his own thing. Oh well, I really liked his work on GE and CR. I've seen this group's work on the mentioned films and they were quite good, mostly caught my eye because main titles are rare these days since films just jump on the gun and throw only the title at the beginning these days. I'd like to see their take on Bond.

Fordter seems to be bringing a lot of his own people onto the film. I seem to recall that he also ditched Peter Lamont in favour of his regular production designer.

What makes it impossible for it to be a good thing? Have you seen MK12's work? Why keep a closed mind on all this? Even on CR Martin Campbell brought in his own crew (Phil Meheux, Stuart Baird, ect).
