Now Bond seems to be a working-class "chav" type character, how about Danny Dyer as James Bond?

Who?
"The whole idea of the Bond films--and I don't know if they haven't lost a bit of that now--was that they were paperback films, as it were." - Peter Hunt

He plays a variety of roles in British films. Football hooligan, someone involved in the criminal underworld. Just variations on these two roles.

He is at least Dark Haired! not sure about the cockney accent though.

I cant't imagine him calling M a Muggy c**t :D Apologies for the implied swear word :)

He seems to only play low life parts such as Gangsters or drug addicts and thugs. I could also say the same of Daniel Craig who played similar types in past films, so i guess Dyer could be Bond after all :D

I loved Danny Dyer's Britain's hardest men TV programmes. He does not take himself too seriously and he has a great comedy turn of phrase.

He also did a programme investigating UFO's (I believe in UFOs) which was hilarious.

Maybe he could have a role in a Bond film.
