It's probably the best we're going to get right now. The good news is that shooting has wrapped on Dune Part 3. It just depends now how long post-production will take.bjmdds wrote: Sat Mar 07, 2026 4:39 am They call this an update? https://x.com/BBCr4today/status/2029825 ... r-11634362

Amy Pascal indicates that Bond 26 will shoot in the UK (but doesn't say when):

Cavill was also pretty direct about where things likely stand now, adding, “But at 42, I'd probably be considered a bit old to start now.” “I would love to be a Bond villain, though,” he said. “If it was the right character, I think that would be fascinating to explore.”

I saw the Elvis documentary E P I C this week and enjoyed it at only 1 hour 36 minutes. I am sure it was more enjoyable than most of the junk the woke narcissists voted on in the Oscar show tonight.

No. It was fine, in fact we wanted it to be longer as it was quite enjoyable to watch as an Elvis fan seeing him on stage mostly from Las Vegas.Kristatos wrote: Mon Mar 16, 2026 11:40 amDid you see it in IMAX?bjmdds wrote: Mon Mar 16, 2026 3:29 am I saw the Elvis documentary E P I C this week and enjoyed it at only 1 hour 36 minutes. Lots of Bond references last night on the Oscars-Javier..Benecio..for his sins(during the In Memoriam) Lee Tamahori..I’m sure I’m missing a few.

The reason I asked is that I saw a review saying that it was best seen on a giant screen. The sound quality is supposedly better too.bjmdds wrote: Mon Mar 16, 2026 2:58 pm No. It was fine, in fact we wanted it to be longer as it was quite enjoyable to watch as an Elvis fan seeing him on stage mostly from Las Vegas.
