Merry Christmas to all I've had enough of supermarkets and Christmas shopping for a lifetime now

My dad and I tried to go to Costco(warehouse store) for part of Christmas dinner) and gasoline(Costco has cheap gas) but it was just too crazy.
Re: Holiday Thread 2012
Almost every store is crazy in the last days. Wal-mart was manageable at 8A.M. Sunday quickly becoming packed.katied wrote:My dad and I tried to go to Costco(warehouse store) for part of Christmas dinner) and gasoline(Costco has cheap gas) but it was just too crazy.

All of the house xmas shows were good. Thinking of the one with the Donkey show, she had a wicked smile too.katied wrote:My dad and I tried to go to Costco(warehouse store) for part of Christmas dinner) and gasoline(Costco has cheap gas) but it was just too crazy.
Happy Christmas Katie!

Re: Holiday Thread 2012
We're having a quiet Christmas this year-my brother and his wife are going to Sacramento for Christmas. Thanksgiving will be crazy(but fun) since we'll have them(and my aunt and uncle and cousin) here then. I'm in my element this time of year-I love to cook and bake.

Re: Holiday Thread 2012
I'm not surprised. They've already started showing a few Christmas ads. There's always that one radio station in most big cities that plays Christmas music 24/7 from early November through Christmascarl stromberg wrote:The Christmas films have started on tv already!
Target is the worst offender, tho. They get Christmas stuff(admittedly, only one tiny corner of the store initially) in really early.

Chief of Staff, 007's gone round the bend. Says someone's been trying to feed him a poisoned banana. Fellow's lost his nerve. Been in the hospital too long. Better call him home.
