Have we mentioned this guy before on the forum? He was a fun recurring character in the late Roger Moore era. His name was Victor Tourjansky. He was a Russian living in Italy. He wasn't credited in the films, but he was in at least Spy, Moonraker and FYEO.

I've always lovingly referred to this guy as "The Tipsy Tourist." I did a bit of digging to see if Victor was still with us, and it looks like he sadly passed around seven or so years ago. If you check out the comment section of this video, a woman claiming to be Victor's daughter, Eleonora, makes mention of her late father.
