I've just got back from the cinema, and I quite liked the film, though it probably doesn't need to be seen on the big screen. I've no idea how it cost $200 million to make. It's hard to argue that the money is all up there on the screen, as it is mostly a prison/courtroom drama. The musical numbers actually do have an in-story justification. Arthur and Harley first meet at a singing group for inmates at Arkham Asylum, and then later they take on a hallucinatory quality, representing Arthur's increasing detachment from reality. It reminded me of the way Dennis Potter used music in The Singing Detective.

Took the kids to see Sonic. It was decent enough. Sufficient content for adults, fun for the kids. I don't need to see it again, but it was worth being with them for it.

I was surprised there was a third and I’d more or less agree on you summation . Kids loved it and it was fun being our nieces and nephews

Captain America grossed $88 million domestically and $180 million worldwide, meaning that it at least made back its production budget. Whether it turns a profit remains to be seen, given how front-loaded modern blockbusters are

Thanks Kris, I’ve got some kind of crud and forgot about the Bo the last few weeks. That a events like the Super Bowl
Re captain American
Interesting early predictions were $[emoji[emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]]]]]]][emoji[emoji[emoji6]][emoji[emoji6]]]million or above , but it’s a bad months for super hero movies like this one, Deadpool might get away with it, but new captain America needs a little more help.

I'm surprised they released it in February. It feels like it should be a summer movie.

I think marvel lost their mojo a little. After a couple of polished turds , im looking at you eternals, and their next arc villain actor kang the conqueror going to jail for domestic abuse , they are trying to restart the next arc so kind of pushed this fledgling capt America out of the nest prematurely.

Now marvel streaming , wandavision and Loki were on target push the series forward. But I think kang being arrested forced them to want to recast but afraid to . So let Harrison ford recast for William hurt , then restart the kang story arc

But im not paying attention to the marvel drama , and Tapatalk is going nuts replying with extra emojis I never touch.
