Currently reading IT(in anticipation of the film) and really enjoying it. Yes, a chunker of s book but I'm already almost 800 pages in(as of tomorrow it'll be a week that I've been reading It which is pretty good(I've heard people say it took them several months to finish.)

What do fans think of the dark tower? Idris Elba looks bad ass but the rest of the movie looks stupid. I always knew Matthew McConaughey was evil ;)

I'm reading 9or re reading!) The Dark Zone again which is a good one. Thinner is another good one that is quite short. I've not read IT.

It's(heh) well worth the time it takes to finish it.I've enjoyed all of the Stephen King books I've read(only two of them admittedly) but have enjoyed both..gotta see which of his books my library has and read those.

I get the impression that certain books of his are "fan favorites"

I Have not read Steven King novels in a very long time. Personally I thought his short stories were his better efforts, however I usually enjoy voluminous tomes, something to look forward to at the end of the day. Go through withdrawal when I hit the end of a good series.

Currently reading The Shining(slightly early for October but it's a chunker-I'll still managed to finish reading it fairly quickly.

I am reading some of the stories from Night Shift. It has some of the classics such as Quitters Inc, The Ledge and Battleground.
