I've never watched him in anything but he has a slightly aristocratic look that would probably work for Bond.

If he were to play Bond I'd expect something close to that in his tuxedo/suit scenes. If he's in the field (think beginning of Casino Royale) then he'd be less groomed.

I mostly know Lewis from his occasional hosting of Have I Got News For You, so it's hard for me to think of him.as Bond.

I see a little Bond in Lewis in the Jaguar commercials. Now back to Friend since this is his thread. Could you see him surpassing Dalton as closest to literary Bond?
