Yes. Republicans like to pretend that the Mueller report exonerated Trump, when in reality, it just fell short of finding enough evidence to charge him with conspiracy. There was plenty of evidence of Trump administration officials having undeclared connection to Russia, and of them obstructing the investigation.

Kris, if you really think that, you live in your bubble and are beyond reasoning any longer. Enjoy your facts, as you see the world, and rest easy at night and don't lose any sleep over the big bad fascist that will occupy the White House in 6 months.

ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT BASED ON APPOINTMENTS CLAUSE VIOLATION!
Former President Trump’s Motion to Dismiss Indictment Based on the Unlawful Appointment and Funding of Special Counsel Jack Smith is GRANTED in accordance with this Order [ECF No. 326]. The Superseding Indictment is DISMISSED because Special Counsel Smith’s appointment violates the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution. U.S. Const., Art. II, § 2, cl. 2. Special Counsel Smith’s use of a permanent indefinite appropriation also violates the Appropriations Clause, U.S. Const., Art. I, § 9, cl. 7, but the Court need not address the proper remedy for that funding violation given the dismissal on Appointments Clause grounds. The effect of this Order is confined to this proceeding.

Big Tech Again Trying to Rig Election: Big Tech's censorship of material regarding the assassination attempt on Donald Trump indicates attempts "at rigging the election," the former president said Tuesday.Google and Meta, parent company of Facebook, in recent days have admitted implementing tools that resulted in lessening the appearance of information about the shooting, in which Trump was wounded by a would-be assassin's bullet.

"Facebook has just admitted that it wrongly censored the Trump 'attempted assassination photo,' and got caught. Same thing for Google. They made it virtually impossible to find pictures or anything about this heinous act," Trump posted on Truth Social.

Former President Donald Trump accused Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign of breaking the law by spreading misinformation through Google ads.

The Harris campaign has been editing news headlines and descriptions within Google search ads that make it appear as if major news organizations are on her side, Axios reported.

"Kamala Harris team, and Google, caught manipulating headlines and stories, creating FAKE NEWS. This is not legal!!!" Trump posted shortly after midnight Tuesday on Truth Social.

Axios reported that the Harris campaign has been editing news headlines and descriptions, and it's not immediately clear that the text accompanying real news links is written by the campaign and not by the media publication, although the ads say that they are sponsored.

Companies such as The Guardian, Reuters, CBS News, the Associated Press, and PBS were among those affected by the faux headline campaign.

NY Times Poll: Trump Leads Harris Going Into Debate: The first major poll after Vice President Kamala Harris' lone sit-down interview has shown a "reversion back toward Mr. Trump," as Donald Trump leads The New York Times/Siena College poll going into Tuesday's lone debate.
Trump's lead nationally among likely voters is just 1 point (48%-47%), within the margin of error, but even the Times noted Trump's "support remains remarkably resilient" despite positive media buzz after Harris taking the Democrat crown from President Joe Biden and the Democratic National Convention!-----if the NY Times is FINALLY getting it the chances of Trump winning are BETTER than the media is leading on! The national police organization endorsed Trump as well last week!

Ale will be ready to jump off a building soon! Colorado is overrun with Venezuelan gangs and now Ohio is overrun with illegal Haitians camping out on people's lawns so does anyone think they want 4 four more years of this?! :hair:

Jane Fonda, who angered many for a 1972 political stunt in protest of the Vietnam War, went door-to-door to campaign for Kamala Harris in Michigan Tuesday. Kamala for Michigan posted a video featuring the 86-year-old actress greeting a homeowner in Ann Arbor. In the video, Fonda said, "I've never done it for a president, but this is most important. We have to, have to, have to get [Harris and Walz] elected." She then hugged the resident, who thanked Fonda for the visit........Hanoi Jane backing Harris says it all as 60% of the Teamsters nationwide backed Trump vs only 34% for Harris yet the union leaders are staying neutral and it is the first time in DECADES that they did not back the Democrat candidate for President which says a lot. The other polls are under sampling men as well it has been revealed to deliberately bolster Harris' numbers as well.

The Gallup poll came out today saying the election is now Trump's to lose with 9 of the top 10 issues going to the GOP! Also, the Mayor of the only Muslim-run city in the US endorsed Trump for election. Amer Ghalib, who leads his city in the battleground state of Michigan, says the Republican is the ‘right choice’!
