The new politically correct version of Bond has been getting some stick on Twitter, finally.

I did wonder, when I heard 'Spectre' was the latest title, whether this was the first in a trend of dreadfully drab titles we were now to be subjected to, with future entries, perhaps, such as 'Gun', 'Agent', 'Goodie', 'Baddie', 'Fight' or 'Stylely'.

Personally, I can't help feeling they started going wrong with titles with 'Skyfall', which should so obviously have been called something more along the lines of 'The Real Deepness', 'Who He really Are' or 'Codswallopballs Amazing'. Something a little more pithy and pertinent like that.

But, 'Spectre' it is.

Perhaps actually perfectly apt, considering Bond was finally killed off in the last movie.
Just ease back now, Jim. Relaaax. Mr. Big wants to see you.

They started to go off with "Quantum of Solace" in my opinion. It's a cringe worthy title. But about the rest you are right. Except I would say Bond was killed off in Casino Royale.
