I think it would just be another addition to the long list of movie roles in which Cook was wasted. I don' see why not. They would have to include more of Bond in there, actually showing his pursuits of SPECTRE agents that he tells Viv about in the book. Call it Motel Nymph, the title it was released as in a magazine in the US.
