How about Tom Hardy? Some people have been mentioning him in next Bond threads on other websites. The only thing I can remember watching him in is Star Trek Nemisis where he played the young Picard.
He is lined up to play Max in the next Mad Max film.
Favorite Bond Movie: The Dark Knight Trilogy, Mission: Impossible, Kingsman: The Secret Service and The November Man or any upcoming actioners starring Pierce Brosnan (no, it's not James Bond which is good since it will help him expand his reputation as an actor especially in the action realm)

I've heard his name thrown around elsewhere but I'm not convinced as of yet that he's Bond material. I really think they need to go back to a more traditional Bondian look after Barbara's houseboy has moved on.

Well, knowing her taste in men Bond #7 will be attractive..to Babs anyways.
Speaking of Hardy as 007, I notice he's now only 6/1 to be the next Bond with paddypower, coming in from nowhere on the back of Inception, and now has a Facebook group campaigning for him to get the role.

I saw Hardy in Inception, and he was OK, but I wasn't left thinking "that guy should be Bond" the way I did when watching Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne in TDK.
"He's the one that doesn't smile" - Queen Elizabeth II on Daniel Craig
"Those were the days when we still associated Bond with suave, old school actors such as Sean Connery and Roger Moore,"
"Daniel didn't have a hint of suave about him," - Patsy Palmer

Oh, that was strange... his sister and mother went looking for a hand out..not a good idea when your brother/son is Christian Bale, and has a bad temper!

This probably belongs on the Bale thread but they went looking for a handout. Apparently Christian and his dad baled on the mom and sister when Christian was pretty young. The sister and mom lived a hand to mouth existence. With Christian becoming a big famous movie star, it makes sense that they would try to get money from him.
