Veronica wrote:Ah,yes,Barbara's bloody feminism! Another laughable thing is that she constantly rants about how women in Craig movies are so much stronger as characters like all the other Bond girls were dumb models! But the crack is-aside Vesper(talking about the one in the book, the less I say about the movie!Vesper the better) which female from other Craig movies is notable?
Quantum of Solace girls are in the who-cares basket just like that movie. Severine who? Oh,yeah I guess now we have black Moneypenny to show us what strong female character is all about! Read actual Fleming novels Barbara!
Monica Bellucci is stuffed in a thankless cameo that consinsts from the most akward hook up I have ever seen. I guess strong woman would sleep with another man(the one who looks lile Craig no less!) right after her husband's funeral!
And of course much was made of Seydoux's character since it was said she is a "strong, independent" woman(how many times have we heard those words?) but simply ends up as a tag-along Bond girl.
Like I said-all barking and no biting.

To piggy back off your point V, lets say for the sake of argument all the previous Bond girls were empty headed bimbo models, what about Babz' incarnations are any different? They're useless tag-a-longs who don't add much to the plot, and are far from fleshed out characters in their own right.

Well said Kris, giving MP that silly back story of former field agent just cheapens the character. I was fully expecting her to become a sort of Robin to Craig's Batman this time around, in fact that's the whole reason I started the "predictions" tread in the Spectre discussion. (not that I was hoping for that mind you) Instead she's fielding midnight phone calls and feeding him info.

To get off on a tangent here, I'm glad MP and Q have been resurrected (not in this incarnation, but non the less) but why must they be in every bloody scene, we don't need "The MI6 Avengers" traipsing around on Bond's back as he fights world domination, what are we doing here selling action figures? This is not a case of more the merrier!

Anyone know if the super bowl will be broadcast streaming online?

Streaming on PC, tablets and set-top boxes

CBS will live stream the game on its website and through the CBS Sports app. The stream will be available for free to everyone, even those who don't subscribe to cable.

PC and tablet (Android, iPad and Windows) owners can access the stream at CBSSports.com. The game will also be available in the CBS Sports app on Xbox One, Apple TV, Roku, Windows 10, and iPad and Android tablets.

Streaming on your smartphone

Live-streaming on mobile devices is only available for Verizon Wireless customers through the NFL Mobile app. While streaming the game is free, it will likely eat up a good chunk of your data. It's recommended that you access the stream while connected to a Wi-Fi network, although it's not a requirement.

For additional coverage of Super Bowl 50, be sure to visit our friends over at CBSSports.com.

Sweet thanks!

I was hoping it would be a subscription deal or a blackout because it's such a big game

Every time I've tried to stream a game it was always locked out because it was a big deal. The only events online seem to be the lame ones nobody cares about

We take care if our own here big O. Panthers should win, but most want the Broncos to win before Peyton retires.

panthers are a surprise, but they had some impressive games . Even I know about it and I don't follow sports really.

Manning is over rated. Wouldn't be surprised if he is doping. The Broncos haven't been to the super bowl since 98 and elway. Now he was a real legend .

I hope the force is strong enough for Episode 7 to surpass Titanic's worldwide numbers.

Some people have expressed doubt about that. Personally, I don't see why it matters whether it is the second or "only" the third biggest film in history.

I get wanting the first decent star wars movie in decades to take the top spot, but it's not truly the top spot do to inflation. The original SW in 1977 was a much better ticket seller, $460 million US Bo in 1977 something like $1.55 billion 2016 dollars for the us alone. Plus I think another $847 million from foreign bo for $2.4 billion 2016 record .
What breaks a billion today is nowhere near what it was in 1997 or just ten years ago.

Sure nobody cares what the truth is a billion is still a lot of money in anybody's book. I do think reaching $2 billion today makes it plausible Star Wars Ep 7 will come close to Titanic maybe surpassing it, I don't think it comes close to avatar .

manning coasted to his 200th win.
It was clear the panthers gave up even before their quarterback didn't try to recover the ball.

A few cleaver Panther plays near the end that might have helped if done in the second quarter .

Sorry, I don't pay much attention to the Superbowl, but when you say Panthers, do you mean the Carolina Panthers?
