BJ, haven't you forgot about Babs? She's another big problem.

No, no, no, V, you don't understand! This time she's a "different kind of Bond Girl" more of a "female James Bond"! :happy spin:

Ellen Pompeo slammed Daniel Craig on Twitter Thursday over the actor’s recent remarks insinuating that he’d rather kill himself than return for another James Bond movie. In response to the article, Pompeo later tweeted, “This dude needs a reality check.” It isn’t entirely clear what aspect of Craig’s comments rubbed Pompeo the wrong way. On one hand, the actress may have interpreted the James Bond star as being ungrateful for the biggest role of his career. Another possibility is that Pompeo took offense to Craig making light of suicide. Either way, the actress was obviously irked by his interview.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Daniel's deal means he'll bank $24million (£15.66m) for acting, around $6million (£3.82m) for endorsements and $30million (£19.58m) if the financial projections are on course.

First things first. Pascal is gone. Cr-egg may be on his way out after this debacle. THEN we tackle the Broccoli problem by a sit-in outside MGM like they did at Woodstock in the 1960s.

Daniel Craig thinks Kanye West should play James Bond. The 'SPECTRE' star has already tipped a woman or a black actor to take on the role of the suave super spy, and after hearing Kanye's name put in the frame he claims the rapper would be just as good a choice as anybody to take the wheel of the franchise once he parks up his Aston Martin for the final time. He quipped: "Is Kanye the new one? F**k it, yeah, get him in now." "'Skyfall' made a billion. That's brilliant, but then you go, 'What the f**k is a billion dollars?' I can't conceive how many f***ing tickets sales that is, I could probably look it up, but I'm not going to, I've better things to do." He said: "That's the question isn't it - do you leave the party early or do you stay and get p***ed on the floor? It's a big debate and at the moment I just don't know."

Cr-egg is having a verbal meltdown now and EON is silent on the subject..........Deadline.com: MGM and Sony Pictures launch Spectre in the UK on October 26 before its domestic bow the following week. MGM, which holds the rights along with producer "Barbara Broccoli’s EON Productions", "declined to comment" as did Sony. Craig is still, officially at least, contracted to do one more Bond film. Speculation has been rife for some time now that Craig, who turned 47 early this year, was looking to put away his Walther PPK and smoking jacket. Rumors surfaced in June that Craig had decided to walk away from his remaining commitment, prompting Sony reps to state that Craig was still on-board to fulfill his contract.

He is making it hard to bring him back.

I don't see him surviving this. All the news sites have some story with a headling about how he'd rather die than be bond . The fact mgm and eon can't say anything makes me think they are trying to fire him in a way that does not hurt their bo . Right now fans are seriously pissed

I know Seannery had his disagreements with EON, but were they quite this public?

Like the 1967 Casino Royale, I think all the chaos going on behind the scenes of Spectre will be more entertaining than the actual film. Someone should write a book about it.

They are AWOL big O and with breaking news you would think there would be behind the scenes leaks at the truth.

Image Mendes:"I had cast Daniel Craig in this film I made in Chicago called Road To Perdition about 15 years ago, and it was his first big American film. The role of Bond came up four or five years later and I was called by Entertainment Weekly, a showbiz publication, and they said 'your old friend and collaborator Daniel Craig has been suggested as Bond, what do you think?' and I said 'terrible idea – he shouldn't do it'. For me at the time I thought Bond had become the opposite of what Daniel is – a slightly disengaged, urbane jokey eyebrow-raising, you know, a pastiche in a way, and I felt Daniel's reality and his passion and honesty as an actor would not work." Come to think of it,when did Mendes say this (completely hilarious) statement? This could all be in hope to repare the situation after Craig showed just how much passion and honesty(what does that even mean? An arty snooze expression?) he has saying he would rather slash his wrist than be in another movie...

What's disturbing to me is how people at some sites think this isn't a big deal/make excuses for Craig's.. searches for a word and settles on "temper tantrum".

I remember this quote we have it on our home page, it was originally during the build up to Skyfall. Mendes Later goes on to say how wrong he was and how Great Craig is.
