How does he go out in public looking like the Bookworm from the tv Batman series in the 1960's?

What does that mean? By the way, last year I picked Seattle to win it all and this year switched to the Colts to win the AFC title in my Las Vegas bet. I am not a fan of any team per se, just the ones I bet on that year.

From the look of those pictures Daniel has not been hitting the gym as he usually does before Bond goes into production.

These men are a Batman villain, a 70's game show personality, and the current James Bond can you tell which one's which?

Anyone notice that Mark Strong was in one of the pictures that was posted with that story? I'm choosing to believe that he just happened to be there.

Mark strong is strongly rumored to be the villain. Even Blofeld perhaps?

Really? A pretty obvious choice for a villain, IMO. His name always gets bandied about at fanboy bond sites...I've always said that Babs lurks to see what people are saying..finally giving in to the pressure to hire Mark Strong..Weak.

If that's true...you're complaining because she actually listened to us? Strong is an obvious choice to play Blofeld, and thank goodness for that. Remember, after CR came out, "obvious" was the sneer that the Craigskis used to dismiss any opinion that (name of actor who actually looks like Bond) should have played Bond instead of Craig. I'd rather Strong played Blofeld than an "imaginative choice", as the Craigskis would define it (as in "Rihanna was an imaginative choice to play Blofeld, but I really think she nails the essence of the character, the way Fleming wrote her").

Funny how when Craig first got the role of Bond, many fan boys where talking about how "Craig looks so much like Steve McQueen" and rumors flew about an upcoming McQueen biopic starring Craig. At this point he'd be lucky to get a role as George Burns without being rejected as "looking too old"!

not sure how it will do worldwide yet but besides the bad year for movies in almost 22 years I think they waited too long to make it, 2007-08-09 it might have more impact.

OK.. I needed time to think this through:

Here is why I am so against the idea of Mark Strong as Blofeld. It's everything to do with the hair. Or lack thereof I should say. What have I said in the past: I would be OK with a proto-Blofeld, with hair and maybe not even *called* Blofeld.

But with the supposed casting of Strong, it's looking like they're just going with Dr. Evil Blofeld. Which is not a win. It's s "we're too lazy and we don't care that people are going to take the p!ss because it's Dr. Evil Blofeld" move on Eon's part.

Or else they'd give him a bad wig. Not sure which is worse. :?

They'd probable treat him like they did javier bardem. Take a guy that looks right as the villain then bend over backwards to make him look uglier than Craig.

remember certain people wanted rachel weisz as a female Blofeld in a movie called property of a lady
